These gummies taste good and are sweet, having a green apple smell and taste. They taste like candy. The serving size is 2 a day so the bottle is a month's supply. The expiration date on bottle is approx. 2 years away from purchase date. Additional ingredients: Sugar, corn syrup, water pectin, natural flavors, citric acid, natural color, sodium citrate, vegetable oil, carnauba wax. I did not see anywhere on the label of the bottle that any of the ingredients are organic, as it reads on the vendor's page. So I can't assume that is correct either or it should appear on the actual bottle. Bottle does list gluten free, vegan and GMO free and arrives safety sealed. This product says it's manufactured in the United States from both global and domestic ingredients. I'm disappointed that it contains corn syrup for a supplement, especially since they tout Manuka honey as an ingredient. I find it's addition troublesome and would not buy again for those reasons.

I like that these gummies combine several supplements which I have taken separately in the past, plus others which I've considered but never tried. The quality of ingredients and manufacturer seem to be good quality.Without a way to officially do a blood test or any other test to verify the effectiveness, I can't really prove that this supplement helps my body. I have felt especially good lately which could be a coincidence, but I'll continue to take this supplement to see if that effect continues.

While I can't speak for all the health claims of this supplement, I will say that in gummy form this supplement of sea moss, back seed oil, etc is very pleasant to consume. Coincidentally, I do have a sore throat and found that the manufacturer's claim that "Manuka honey capsules in gummy form are also known to help soothe the throat" rang true in my own personal experience. Overall, for a nutritional supplement I could detect no ill effect and will likely continue taking this supplement through the weeks ahead.
