I received this product right on time and began set-up the next day. Our local cable company stopped providing cable service and told us about this product. The set-up was basically seamless and we were able to start using it right away. We have found our favorite channels and are enjoying our product. There are occasionally small glitches but that's no different than the glitches we frequently experienced with our cable service. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Many west coast channels are not available. Most live channels follow an eastern schedule which makes it difficult to watch live. Additionally, many episodes for shows are not available right away after they air making it difficult to watch the next day. Lastly, PPV lags and forces you to restart when watching live.
