5.0 out of 5 stars Had to buy it.
I bought couple small aspirator before. Those are good for the travel. But i needed stronger one for my baby by the changing station. So i invested some and got me this one. I am glad i did. This Level9 will suck your babies mucus so fast they will love it. Tho its bit pricey, it is well worth the cost in my opinion.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use, motorized aspirator
Got this after using one of the manual bulb aspirators for a couple of years. This one is nice, being compact, easy and convenient to use and easy to clean. It has a rechargeable battery and comes with 9 levels of suction, though we haven't had to use more than level 6. The pump unit has a display for suction strength, as well as a setting to play some soothing music. The nozzle section is soft and detachable, the tube connects to a small detachable "tank" that in turn connects to the main pump unit. Mucus is collected in the tank which comes apart easily for cleaning. There is a small (non-rechargeable) battery powered light that attaches to the tank that needs to be removed before cleaning. The pump unit also has a small storage box built in for the different parts.Overall, this is a nice upgrade to the manual type of aspirator, with some convenient features, and worked great to suck the mucus out of the nose of our toddler.
4.0 out of 5 stars Okay baby nasal aspirator
This is a decent system. It's high powered but only comes with one nose tip. The one it comes with is a very direct boogie-killer. That's useful for when we can see the bat in the cave, but when he's full of head congestion we really want to use one that makes a seal to the whole nostril, and this unfortunately doesn't come with that. That being said, when we could visually target the snot, it definitely grabbed it and was in the tank - which is pretty gross to see. Glad we have one on hand for those moments.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works well with fine features
This works well for getting our little one's snot. It fits in small noses and has nine different levels of suction. The buttons are very clear and easy to understand. I also like that it has three tunes and three different levels of volume. Only warning: make sure to clean it out after use! If left alone, bugs can lay eggs in it and the resulting maggots are gross and terrifying! This has happened to us in the past, and we do not want a repeat performance. Yuck!
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent upgrade from manual units
We recently upgraded to the Electric Nose Suction for Baby, and it's been a big improvement over our previous nasal aspirators. We used to rely on a bulb-style aspirator and then switched to the NoseFrida, which worked okay but was pretty uncomfortable for us and made me personally gag every time I used it.This new electric model is a game-changer. It has 9 adjustable suction levels, so you can find the right setting for your baby’s needs. The non-BPA design is reassuring, and the added features like soothing music and a soft light make the experience a lot more pleasant for both baby and parents. It does an excellent job at clearing out mucus quickly and efficiently, which has been a huge relief. Overall, it’s a fantastic upgrade from the NoseFrida and makes dealing with stuffy noses much easier.
5.0 out of 5 stars Different from the big ones
We ordered a large snot sucker for our infant granddaughter after she was born. I didn't like it. I mean, it was effective but, geesh, the nostril piece was huge and the whole thing was awkard to hold and insert into her itty bitty nostrils. You couldn't seem to get a good angle to hold it steady. And it was hard to clean.I got this after seeing the design included a small head and hose that leads to the suction mechanism. We got a chance to test it on her last week when she got a summer cold and got stuffed up.Her mommy got out the old one, and our little one - not 7 months old - refused to cooperate and fought against it.So, i got this out and we tried this instead. She was still suspicious of it, lol.But it was so much easy to position it to her nose without having to move our hands into weird angles. We also commented on how she had looked at the larger one as it was being moved toward her face. It was huge and scary and making a noise. This one is smaller, fits easier into the nostril and ... the part that makes noise is not the part coming right at her face. She was curious about the snot moving down the tube at one point even, lol.And clean up was much easier. We like this one better and feel it was less traumatic for her.
