I decided to pair this MSI RTX 4070 Ti Super GPU along with 14700K and 128GB of RAM and this rig don’t disappoint. The graphics are amazing, my games play flawlessly, and this rig runs cool and quiet. I would say running this card at 1440p 120hz play or mild 4k 60hz would be optimal. It looks super clean and appealing with a really nice form factor that makes it easy to set up with most cases out there. It’s also very efficient in power and has no coil whine whatsoever. Highly recommend this card if you can afford the price tag.

5.0 out of 5 stars Working Flawlessly out of the Box

My Three Cents:Great video card from MSI. I was building for my friend computer and this card worked flawlessly out of the box. The video card ran quietly and temperature was at 31c idle and about 60c while running Cyberpunk 2077 at max settings. Overall it's a great card.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for 1440p gaming

    R.G. · August 4, 2024

I JUST used this MSI 4070 Ti Super in my first PC build. I play Call of Duty Warzone, and I’m able to run at 1440p 240fps on my 240Hz Samsung Neo G8 without any issues (with most in-game graphics settings set to low or off). In the game settings, I’m also using Fidelity CAS for image sharpening instead of NVIDIA DLSS because it looks better (guns and loot boxes look really bad with DLSS). I did also turn on NVIDIA Frame Generation as well, though even without it I hover around 220 fps.Great buy so far, especially since I got a deal for Prime Day.

4.0 out of 5 stars Important for plugins

    C.W. · July 18, 2024

The performance is great and able to run 200FPS on MW3 with extreme preset at 1440pIf you run a 3 monitor set up you will need to use one with a HDMIIt says 3 DP in the features but it’s actually 2DP and 2HDMI so just a head ups there if you’re wanted to do extended play on 3 monitors or something they may not all be able to use same refresh rat ie.120+

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid GPU for 1440p Gaming

    B.S. · July 29, 2024

Bought this on sale during Prime Day and finally got around to installing. Works flawlessly playing Persona 3 Reload on highest settings. I run a 1440p monitor most of the times so it’s been great so far. Highly recommended if you’re in need of a new GPU. This card will suffice for most gamers. You don’t really need 4080 or 4090 for most people tbh.

1.0 out of 5 stars Random black screen and fan will go full speed

    R.L. · August 8, 2024

After using it for less than a month, this card will go black screen and fan will go full speed, tried new PSU, new cable, new driver and nothing helped. I tried to get a replacement since it's been less than a month, but customer service told me I can only get a refund, and not a replacement. Note that the price has gone up and I couldn't reorder a new item without paying more. I would not recommend buying this card.

5.0 out of 5 stars Purchased with no reviews… thankfully it’s been great!

I’m sure if you’re reading this you’ve already done the trouble of checking bench marks so I’ll keep this short. This item was on a good sale for Prime day, which worried me since it had no reviews as it was just released. Turns out this Black edition is just a new colorway and man.. it’s a beast. Going from a 1070 to this was insane.I haven’t done true stress testing or tweaking the clock/voltage, but so far it’s been staying very cool and handling most of the games I’ve been playing at ultra setting with performance RT and DLSS at 100+ FPS with consistency and no issues. The fans are quiet and I haven’t noticed coil whine. I’ve been playing MW3, RDR2, The First Descendant, and many others. As others said, the display options are 2 hdmi and 2 displayports. There are NOT 3 display ports on this model. The size of the card isn’t too crazy and easily fits in my Corsair 4000d case. The 4070 ti super came with a sag bracket, but I’ve just been using my own little GPU stand. As others said, the display options are 2 hdmi and 2 displayports. There are NOT 3 display ports on this model.NOTE: look at my picture. If you have a GPU stand, just know it may not fully sit flush on the card as the edges of the card are not perfectly flat and have contours and ridges. Not a big deal on my end, but might bother some cosmetically if you’re displaying your setup.

3.0 out of 5 stars Missing the 3 displayports

    I. · July 22, 2024

I recently purchased the RTX 4070 Ti Super with high hopes for its performance, but unfortunately, my experience has been mixed. The card itself delivers respectable performance, handling most modern games and applications with ease. However, the main issue I encountered was the apparent absence of three display ports, which was a significant disappointment.Performance: 3.5/5In terms of raw performance, the RTX 4070 Ti Super performs adequately. It handles graphically demanding games and tasks without noticeable lag or stuttering, which is crucial for a high-end graphics card in this price range. The rendering capabilities and frame rates are generally impressive, making it a solid choice for gamers and professionals alike.Features: 2/5Where the RTX 4070 Ti Super falls short is in its features, specifically the missing display ports. Upon inspection and troubleshooting, it became clear that the card was supposed to have three display ports, were one was conspicuously absent. This oversight severely limits the card's versatility, especially for users requiring multiple monitor setups or specific display configurations.Build Quality: 4/5Build quality is generally good, with a robust design that feels durable and well-made. The cooling solution effectively manages heat, keeping temperatures within reasonable limits even under heavy load with slightly loud fans.Value for Money: 2.5/5Considering its performance and the missing display ports issue, the RTX 4070 Ti Super struggles to justify its price tag. While it excels in raw performance, the lack of expected features detracts significantly from its overall value proposition. Potential buyers should carefully weigh their priorities, particularly if multiple display connectivity is a requirement.ConclusionIn conclusion, the RTX 4070 Ti Super is a capable graphics card with solid performance but marred by the critical issue of missing display ports. Its ability to handle modern games and applications competently is commendable, but the absence of promised features diminishes its appeal and practicality for certain users. For those considering this card, be aware of its limitations and ensure compatibility with your setup's display requirements.
