    Works as intended. To clarify, the heating element is very effective. Keeps the cup & contents very warm. Be careful with the bottom of the cup. It does get hot. Does what it should & I'm more than pleased with it.

    Bought it in July- loved it... by middle of August it was not working. Started with the indicator light not coming on when it was hot... then the hot plate just stopped working. Don't waste your money like I did. :(

    The mug warmer looks nice and it keeps the mug warm just finds but it has a rather short cord. It’s a minor thing, but kind of annoying to have to use an extension cord to use it.

    This product definitely keeps my coffee warm so I can drink it hot throughout the day. The price was great and it gets the job done. Definitely have to be careful to not touch the pad or put anything flammable by it as it does get very hot.

    I am not able to use this product as the cord is far too short to reach an outlet from my desk. I probably should have plugged it in any outlet so that I could at least review the functionality but decided to put it in on the garage sale shelf as, for the price of the refund, it's not worth returning.
