First of all I like that these are smooth tablets, not gigantic capsules, so they are much easier to swallow than most. They seem to be high quality supplements, arrived safely sealed. It's a nice 60 day supply, but it is a bit pricy. I've only recently started taking them (no noticeable adverse affects) and I'm hoping that I will start noticing some positive effects. It seems like maybe I've gotten fewer hot flashes over the last few days maybe? If these end up doing miracles for me, then I will return and update my review. However, if they only work just as well as the cheaper supplements (or do nothing at all) then they aren't really worth the price.

This product did not do anything for me in the 2 months I used it. It didn't even help a little bit. I was hoping it would do something for me but it just didn't. The pills are small enough and very easy to swallow. Maybe it will work for others. Too expensive for me to keep using and hoping it will work.

Please note that this pack will provide you with 60 servings, or a two-month supply. The listing graphic shows the label as having 60 servings per container; that might be for a larger bottle, but this contains two bottles, with 30 servings each.These are oval-shaped tablets—I definitely prefer capsules, but these tables are not large and are simple to swallow. As for efficacy, expectations, and results, please look at the benefits this product claims to provide—it does seem promising, but I haven’t been taking it long enough to make any judgements (90 days seems to be the mark).This does seem to be a quality product and from a reputable brand, though it would be nice to have more manufacturing information as well as third-party testing results (if they even perform them).

have been taking consistently for one month - haven't noticed any difference in symptoms so far. the price on this is prohibitive compared to other supplements on the market, so unless there is some remarkable relief of symptoms in the next 30 days, there is no chance i would buy this again or recommend it. gave it a three only because I haven't completed two months yet. if anything changes, i will come back and update.

Review: EQUELLE Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief Supplement for Women, 120 TabletsThis is a smooth, oval-shaped tablet that is small and easy to swallow. The serving size is 2 tablets so this makes these two bottles a 60-day supply - long enough to know whether it's working. I wanted to give this a shot as I've just run out of my supply of Amberen which I've been taking religiously for the last 3 years. These supplements don't disclose what's in them as it's a proprietary blend (just like Amberen and Estroven) but I can assuredly say that Estroven did not work for me after 60 days but Amberen has worked wonders. So far so good and quelling any of my symptoms but I will most definitely not repurchase as this is quite a bit pricier than my current med.

I took for two weeks and never really noticed a difference in sleep, muscle pains, hot flashes or mood. It might take a while to start working but it is quite expensive if only a placebo.The pills have no taste.
