This was literally amazing. I slept like I hadn't since before I was pregnant....5.5 years ago! I even woke up rested with little to no grogginess. Love it. So effective...it also tastes good for a gummy supplement.

The bottle of sleep gummies that I received match their description. Gummies are an easy way to take supplements and these are no different. I can't say that these have helped me sleep better, but I've had no ill effects when taking the gummies.

These capsules contain ingredients that are suppose to, over time, help your body relax and calm stress. This result should make sleep easier and more thoroughly restful, thereby better days. I only obtained them a few days ago, so did not expect instant results. Am hoping by the end of the first bottle (or definitely the second) I will feel results day and night. Therefore the three stars, hopeful, but not qualified for more at this time.

I occasionally have trouble sleeping and had tried a few different sleep aids. I don't like using prescription aids like ambien because those have side effects that I would rather avoid. Most of the OTC ones I have tried have melatonin in them. I was curious how a melatonin free aid would work. From the first night I found it worked great. I slept all night long and woke up refreshed. I took it about 30-60 minutes before I planned on going to bed. I did find that if I had less than 8 hours of sleep, like if I had to get up earlier than normal that I was still groggy or almost in a slight fog. It might just be me but be aware of that and if you can't get a full night's sleep it might be best to skip it that night. The other problem is that they taste fantastic and I find myself having to not grabbing an extra one or two. Because of this please be sure to keep them someplace that your kids can't get to.

These gummies contain an excellent blend of ingredients that help my husband fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake feeling rested, like he actually got a good night’s sleep. It is important that this product does not contain melatonin, which he is sensitive to – it causes him restless legs.The gummies taste great and they have good texture. They are flavored and sweetened with stevia, monk fruit extract and natural strawberry flavor.This is a product of the USA, GMP certified, and non-GMO natural ingredients.It is a bit pricey – but – it contains 120 gummies, which is a 2-month supply at 2 per serving.One thing to consider with gummies – my husband takes this before getting ready for bed (about 30 minutes before going to sleep) so that he has time to brush his teeth after taking the gummies. You wouldn’t need to worry about that if you were swallowing pills or capsules.

I have no idea why but (I guess to help give vivid "deeper" dreams?) but there's an insane amount of B vitamins in these, like the kind a training triathlete I know takes before her AM workouts. This would be better in the day minus the sleepy ingredients. You don't wake groggy, it's true, because the sleep is more shallow and you're pumped full of B vitamin energy. I'm not a coffee drinker and I wanted one. Returns are not an option with this product so I now have 2 bottles I can't use & I don't want to give them away bc I don't want my friends to have sleep disruption. They're like little speedball gummies. With all the options out there, I say, skip the energy complex. On the other hand, you do get sleepy and fall asleep quickly. But I woke up alot.

These have worked well for my 12 year old son when he has trouble sleeping. I prefer not to use melatonin and feel much better about the ingredients in these gummies.
