This is my second purchase of this item. The first one is several years old and still looks like new. (Stainless steel model). Have received paper towel holders as gifts for wedding and other occasions over the years, some fancy and pretty but wouldn’t stand up to daily use like this heavy duty gem. And the steel color goes with almost any decor we have employed over the years. So glad it is still available and consistently well made.

I just moved into an apartment, and at first I bought a cheaper paper towel holder. I hated how it would move each time I pulled a towel from the roll. This one has a heavier base and does not move at all. Plus I think it looks nice and the price is fair. Highly recommended.

This paper towel holder looks good on the counter and holds a large roll of paper towels. I was pleasantly surprised to find a letter from the entrepreneur thanking me for buying this product and letting him know if there were any issues. I would definitely recommend a company that cares this much about their customers.
3.0 out of 5 stars Hard to stop Paper towels from continuous rolling.
The weight and tight fit of the pole is good but there is no mechanism on the pole to prevent the paper towels from rolling when trying to rip just 1 section. Almost impossible to do unless you keep it on a counter and able to use 2 hands. Ours we keep under the sink cabinet so with a ratcheting system it allows to rip just a single sheet. We put this in our laundry room where we can use 2 hands and it works ok.Just needs a little better design and it will be good.
