Nice heating pad - it gets very hot on the higher settings. It has a control for heat setting and length it's is on, there is no "on and stay on" setting so it's going to auto shut off but I think it went up to 2 hours so it's a pretty good amount of time without having to mess with it.The thought is nice, the actual execution maybe not quite as good as I'd like. It wraps around your shoulders and across the base of your neck. There are various snaps on the neck to adjust the fit but the smallest setting there was still loose on me at 6'1, 210lb. It is also very light which is good in one way but not in another. That means it's not putting much pressure on your shoulders and neck so it's not putting a lot of heat into them. If you grab it and let your arm apply pressure down you'll get more heat up there.The body portion that comes down your back got very warm since I was sitting in a chair with it trapped between the chair and my back - so that was good. Also it has a tie on each side you that you can tie it closed as well to get some heat around your ribs. I would have liked it to be longer as it didn't get down to my lower back. All the short people in my house will think it's great as it is.So a couple of things that could be better but nothing wrong with it as it is. Priced well.

At 5'6" and 115lbs, I found this wearable heating pad to be far too large to use in any way other than sitting still or laying down. 3 different 'tightness' snaps to offer an adjustable neck - all far too loose for me but not a deal breaker.Sitting in a comfy chair, I really enjoyed the full coverage area of heat on the back - WIN!!!!!Tiny, tiny numbers/writing on the remote.I have not washed this and most likely will not.

I love this heating pad already. I have one for shoulders and other for lower back, but this is the first I've had that covers the whole back and it's wonderful. I love that it comes up around the neck area as well so you can warm and relax your neck, shoulders and back all at one time. It wears kind of like a cape so your arms are free to move around which is nice if you are sitting at your desk and working but want to have it on. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The controls are easy to work and it warms really well.

Ruyyi Heating Pad for Neck and Back review I use this heating pad to help with the arthritis pain I have in my spine. This is a very large heating pad. It covers my entire back. I like the waist ties it has to keep the pad close to and touching my back. The ties enable me to use this pad while sitting on a stool at my kitchen island or even standing up to do prep work for a meal because the ties keep the pad close to my back. The power controller has separate heat and time buttons that allow a lot of flexibility in settings. It isn’t just an on/off button with high medium and low settings. It has multiple heat and time settings independent of each other. I like a lot of heat and when this is on high heat it is really warm. Of course you can set it to a much lower temperature but if you like it hot this pad delivers it. I also like the way you can adjust the closure around your neck with it having snaps for a loose or tighter fitting. I don’t have any complaints with this heating pad.

I have 2 of these now, for different rooms in my house! I hate when my upper back and shoulders get cold while I'm working or crocheting. This warms up, fits comfortably and keeps you cozy! Great gift too.

The Ruyyi Heating pad for neck and back is a great size, covering the entire area at once. It produces a nice warm heat that feels great and relaxing - helping to sooth tense muscles. I think it would feel better and work a bit better if the neck part was weighted. Instead, it just sits lightly on the shoulders. It does have a nice waist belt to help pull the back portion up against your back. The cord seems long enough and the controls are easy to use and read. A lovely way to relax and ease tension.

The media could not be loaded. I own a few electric heating pads, and this is one of the best. It is large enough to lay on or cover yourself with, it also goes around your shoulders, though I never found this function on similar pads to be too effective because they're not firmly pressing on the shoulders or the neck, so the heat gets lost somewhat. But if you're laying on a couch and secured the shoulder snaps tightly to your body, then it provides better heating options. I also like that this one has ties to secure the pad around your waist, cause this way you can actually heat up your waist as well.The pad is pretty thick, it is very plushy and comfortable, I love the grayish blue color and the fact that the pad is washable. There are six heating settings, and I noticed that you have to go really to 5 or 6 if you like your temperature pretty warm, the rest are very mild. The timer settings go from 30 minutes to 2 hours, and you get four of them. You can easily heat up your bed in winter and not worry about it staying hot for too long.I especially like using it in the evening when I'm watching TV on the couch, it heats up your back from lower parts to the very top, and it's very soothing and relaxing, especially if you have aches in the area.I hope this pad holds up as well as my other similar ones did, and I see myself using this one more regularly from now on.

I just tried the Ruyyi Neck and Shoulder Heating Pad, and it’s pretty awesome! The XL size is perfect for covering my back and shoulders, and I love the 6 heat settings. The auto shutoff is a nice touch for peace of mind, and it’s machine washable, which is super convenient. It really helps with relief after a long day. Definitely recommend it for some cozy comfort!
