The packaging was very good. It made us very happy.Shipping took a little longer. Assembly was very easy and quick with the included tools.Scan the QR code to download the app, connect to the app, and Bluetooth for quick pairing.Battery charged in about three hours. First ride was excellent.Fastest speed was about 19mph in S gear, which is fast enough to satisfy my quest for speed.Set the brake recovery device as needed. The menu guide in the app is very simple. So far I am very happy with the motorbike. Battery is holding up well, although I'm a bit heavier than 175lbs. Very stable and valuable.

I’m just getting into this product. I purchased it last week and was waiting until I moved to receive it. When the box got to me I was nervous about the scooter because it was a little beat up, but fortunately it was perfectly fine. The scooter is really fast. Which makes it fun, but it also is a bit dangerous. The breaks are pretty touchy, and like a new car, will probably get less touchy with time. All I’m saying is, if you’re going really fast and need to touch the breaks make sure you are prepared. Overall this scooter is awesome. It has the solid tires, headlight, break light, cruise control, and everything as promised. The app is super awesome in tracking the scooters mileage, battery life, charging time, etc.Overall I would totally recommend this scooter to adults/teens!

It's a great scooter to ride on, with a reasonable price. Notice that it doesn't include instruction in the box. You might want to watch a video review. You will need to prepare two screws to mount this part.

As a birthday gift. Even for a 60 year old like me, this is a very cool toy. It is very easy to use. The battery lasts over 5 hours and can be fully charged in a few hours.At first, I mainly used it to get from my car in the car park to the boat ramp after launching. It was so cool and my wife loved it. We bought another one a few weeks ago. It has a broken rear wing. There is no phone number to call except the email address for service support. I used the email requesting a replacement. The service team responded the next day. She helped ship the replacement part and provided updates until I received the part. Great product and even better service. We are very happy with this product.

This is our second one because we love it. Easy to use and very reliable. Super fast charge to full battery, which can use up to few days if 1-2 hours daily use. Rolling smooth and the break works great. My 15-old-son feels safe by driving around the city. Great value to buy. Very recommended!!

Having received several worn/faulty scooters from other brands, I'm happy to report that this scooter is excellent in every way. It's made from sturdy aluminium that doesn't feel cheap/like plastic. Acceleration is smooth and quick and the brakes are great. You can slow down with the electric brakes or brake faster with the joystick. I actually feel like I'm having a lot of fun on this scooter, whereas on the others I feel like it's going to break down at any moment. The treys are also well constructed. The brakes are well adapted and I don't feel like I'm going to flip the handle bars because of erratic steering or braking like other scooters. I haven't done a distance test yet, but I'm sure it will be below the posted limit in speed mode like most scooters. led lights are an added bonus. I highly recommend this scooter.
