This hand held hair dryer has two speeds and three heat levels, four if you count the alternating hot air/cold air feature. You can tell what heat level you are using by the color of the LED light ring around the back of the dryer head: blue for cold, yellow for medium, red for hot, and alternating blue and red for hot/cold. It kind of freaked me out when I accidentally bumped the temperature button while I was using it on high, and the color ring started alternating, but that is the setting I now use the most. The dryer is very fast (about 5 minutes to dry and style my straight, thick, shoulder length hair) and light weight. No part of it gets hot, unless you use the attachments. The magnets that hold the attachments to the dryer get a little warm, but they cool off quickly after you remove the attachment. I love the concentrator. It is perfect for blowing on the round brush I use to curl my ends under. I never use a diffuser because my hair is too straight, but I figured I'd try it just for the review. That was when I discovered the diffuser's magnet was missing. (That might be what was causing the problem another reviewer had.) I love the dryer without the diffuser, but I called customer service to see what they would do if I were a regular customer instead of a “Vine Voice”, and I got a human on the first try! He said I could return the dryer for a full refund and then reorder a new one, or I could keep the dryer and he would prorate and refund the value of the diffuser based on the price I paid. If I had paid the original price, either of these choices would have been fantastic because the price is much lower now than when I ordered it; however, since my invoice says I received the product for free, I'd get nothing either way. Because the customer return policy is so fair, and I love the dryer without the diffuser, I didn't take off any points for the missing magnet.

I'm not blown away by this (no pun intended) but it's not bad. It has pros and cons which will be easier to list.Pros: Lovely design and sleek looking. I especially love the pearl white color.The filter is easy to change.The dryer has a variety of heat settings. One that cycles between hot and cold which is unique for those that want cycling temperatures. I'm guessing that's better for hair health although I personally find it takes a lot longer.The magnet attachments are quick to attach for those that like saving a couple of seconds.The dryer is the standard loud dryer sound. Maybe not as extreme as other older types but still near impossible to hear anything else.The size is pretty compact (minus the diffuser) and won't take up a large amount of room, but pretty comparable to other, similar hair dryers.Cons:The magnetic attachments are nice but the diffuser does fall off rather easily in my experience. I honestly think when it comes to diffusers, that the screw or click on types are more dependable even if it takes a tiny bit of extra effort.The buttons are easy to push inadvertently. Not horrible but the placement on the handle makes it easier to do that, especially since they are sensitive. A sliding switch or buttons that take pressure, while more archaic, does help remedy that.The air flow is good however I do find my similar priced hair dryer with more attachments to not frizz my hair so much. I'm not sure why but this one seems to poof it out more in an undesirable way. Drying time is also good but not as good as my other one which strangely results in smoother hair.I believe the cost is high. It is a hair dryer and the competition is fierce. You can get a very similar hair dryer that has the same bells & whistles for less. But you can also get a higher quality dryer with extra attachments for the same or a bit more.Honestly this works well but when you take everything into consideration, it's not my favorite and I do think it's overpriced.I know magnetic attachments and touch buttons are supposed to be more helpful but I'm left wondering why. It takes as much time to use twist on attachments and sliding buttons for heat or power. I guess I never really realized that until now and how much unnecessary technology adds to the price. But it's cooler and trendier I guess?I mean, I just want to dry my hair efficiently with as least hassle and damage as possible, with a dryer that is durable and affordable.

Breezelle High Speed Hair Dryer - 150000 RPM Professional Negative Ionic Blow Dryer.Works great! Cold, warm, and hot, and one that alternates between cold and hot. Multiple speeds. The attachments are magnetic, so they just click into place when you get them near the main unit. Soooo quiet!!! I love the color. High marks! I will say that calling it “travel size” is a little misleading, in my opinion. I have a travel size ionic dryer, and it’s quite a bit smaller than this one. Having said that, the Breezelle is a little smaller than my bigger ionic dryers, so I suppose that’s going to make it a little easier to travel with.

This Breezelle high speed hair dryer is every bit as pretty in person as it looks in the listing, maybe even prettier. The color is somewhat pearlescent and the finish is matte and has a little texture to it so won't easily be dropped or collect fingerprints. So unique!And of course it performs well too. It has a low and high speed with a cool, warm, and hot setting for each. It has a spot dry nozzle as well as an extra large diffuser attachment. I got this to put aside for a Christmas gift for my daughter who has long curly hair, so the extra large diffuser was a big decider for me.Also the purple color. She loves purple and really anything colorful. So this will be a unique as well as practical beauty tool for her. It's well packaged in a white box so will be easy to wrap and put under the tree too. Five stars.
