Rubbish
Had to buy an US 2 UK adapter plug, went to switch it on and nothing, then tried to use the return option on the Bolo app, but when you put in return as it does not work, your met with a solution for each question that does not solve the fact that the EasyPress will not switch on and the Bolo app just takes you back to the start of the how to resolve the issue but, it still did not work.It looks like I have £198 of junk in the corner that will be used as a door stop as I can't return this faulty item.Not worth the money.I have tried and tried to get a refund or even a return
Product didn’t start at all
Really disappointed, when I turned it on it said connect to the app. Post that the it never came on. Tried checking for a solution but none to be found

ارجو الانتباه لفولت الجهاز اشتريته من أمازون أمريكا ولم انتبه انه 110 v وفولت السعودية 220 v واحترق الجهاز علي ولا يشمل الضمان الا 30 يوم لكن للاسف تم فتحه بعد انتهاء مدة الضمانلم استطع اصلاح الجهاز ولا التواصل مع أمازون أمريكا
