I LOVE this book!!! I am so glad I ordered it!!! I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have seen Jen’s other books so I was pretty sure it would be great. It surpassed my expectations!!! The pictures are amazing! I LOVE the blank health trackers and the blank wearing schedule! My favorite part is the patch placement guide!!! All of the information is easy to read and easy to understand! I LOVE it so much I sent my mom and my brother one also!!!
