I bought this because of a Facebook ad. I have really bad anxiety at night, I have to tap my foot to sleep (even though it’s counterproductive because it keeps me awake) I get restless, overly tired, and have racing thoughts. So bedtime is just anxiety filled for me, so I bought this drink mix.I’ve been taking it for nearly two weeks and I have noticed that I feel more calm, relaxed and sleepy after drinking it. I did a test of my own and didn’t take it one night before bed, and I was literally up all night. All. Night. Watching the sunrise when you’re dead tired isn’t as amazing as it sounds btw. I went back to mixing one packet about 1-2 hours before bed, and found that I was ready to sleep, and when I did fall asleep, I STAYED asleep. I wake up with no grogginess, weakness, or other lagging feelings. I feel refreshed!My only negative feeling about this product is that the drink mix is VERY sweet. The packets say raspberry lemonade so I was expecting tartness, but this just ain’t it. I mix it with a Sparkling Ice drink to help mask the super sweet. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but it is worth it to me because I value getting good rest. Other than that, it’s a great product and super helpful if you have insomnia and night-anxiety or sleep issues!

8 oz is better than 16 oz, the more water the more it tastes watered down, good lemonade flavor without being too tart, goo fruit flavor without being to sweet, super fast mental calmness and clarity

I thought this was a game at first, but honestly, it’s been the best thing ever I get better sleep. I have more energy no side effects and it taste really good. I add fresh lemon in it.

For months I was waking 10+ times a night, sleepwalking, nightmares, restlessness. I was exhausted and anxious because of my sleep. Within days of taking this nightly I was getting restful sleep, through the night. I no longer sleep walk/talk, and rarely wake in the middle of the night. And it tastes great. I’m hooked.

They really need to change their packaging. Tearing it open is frustrating and turns into a big mess. I have to cut it open. I don't want to cut it if it's meant to tear open.Flavor is ok. I don't think this has done anything for me. Feels like a gimmick. I'll keep trying, but I doubt I'll change my mind.
