I’ve been using this product for two months and it has helped me so much. It has giving me a new glow. To be honest literally like it says HAPPY HORMONES! It has regulated my period, it’s not heavy and it doesn’t hurt. I started taking 2 the first 3 days and then 4 each day.

I began taking these in November and I finally got my first natural cycle in months and the only thing I’ve done differently was add these to my daily routine. So I think they are working wish it would come in a powder form tho I liked adding my inositol to my drinks

They smell super fishy! I hate it. Also when I burp more and it has the taste of fish. I don’t know at sea food NOR DO I LIKE IT. so this is the only downside for me. It’s also 4 pills. I take it with food otherwise my stomach hurts and I feel nauseous.BUT I have noticed my constant craving of wanting to snack is non existent. I have also noticed I’m not in the feeling of being hungry. Aside from that I haven’t had a whole lot of change with anything else. I’ve been taking about 3 weeks now.

I can't tell if there is any difference in my PCOS symptoms because I just started taking this medicine a few days ago. The good thing about these pills is that they are easy to swallow; however, the dose is 4 pills so it's kind of tedious in my opinion.

Its good but one thing I didn't notice was that the serving size is 4 pills... that was a little daunting. But it doesn't have any unpleasant smells and its very easy to swallow.

i have been using these for over a week now. i have contacted customer service through the phone number listed on the bottle for a record of the third party lab tested ingredients. I want to make sure that the ingredients nutrition label is reliable, since there are not many reviews here yet. I have not noticed a difference in my skin, which usually happens when i take the same amount of myo-inositol that is listed on this bottle through other vendors. But since I have only stated taking it for about a week now, i'm not judging the product on that yet, since it should take about 3 months to notice a difference.So far, i have not received the third party lab tested ingredients report, even though i contacted them earlier this week, and the man said he would email me. I also tried to talk to customer service through chat today, and so far there is no answer. I have been waiting in an open chat window for over 30 minutes with no response. I'm not sure what's up with that.TO BE CLEAR, i'm ready to love this product as soon as the ingredients are third party lab tested and confirmed to be what the bottle says they are.

I have been taking this for a 3 weeks now. I absolutely love it. I know it's still early to tell a big difference but so far it does my good. The fact that it has the most important supplements that I need in one pill is a bonus. Plus it's super affordable. Highly recommended!

I bought this half on impulse and half because I have success with a prescription for PCOS (spiro). I took this faithfully for a month and didn't notice that many positive effects, so I decided to stop taking it because I can't afford a $30/month supplement that isn't doing anything noticeable. Then when I discontinued taking it, I noticed my ravenous appetite decreased SUBSTANTIALLY. I thought I was overeating recently because the stress of trying to be healthier was just making me think of food all the time. I was either eating or planning my next meal. When I stopped this supplement, my appetite was back in the range of normal. Idk what's in this supplement really, but don't waste your money on it. Unless you're training for an eating competition.
