    I was skeptical when I was looking at this! I do need something for a room in my house that never seems to get cool. I thought, why not? So I saw this and got it. It came nicely boxed and I pulled it all out. The instructions were nice and clear, did what it said, and waited a day for the ice packs to freeze.Once they froze I dropped them in filled it with water and turned it on!!!! It was easy to turn on has a timer and fan speeds. It also oscillates internally moving the air around.I was super surprised by how cold the air was coming out of it, it felt really good and soon cooled down the room I had it in. I recommend this unit

    This product has the worst directions. It makes no sense. It sounds like they have different products that they are shipping out. The directions say to put ice in the tank. That's not possible! I called customer service and that was awful. He kept saying, "like I said sir", like I wasn't listening to him. He disconnected twice. DO NOT buy this... terrible company and I'm guessing a terrible product. The airflow is nice, but where to put ice and water is so convoluted, who knows if it actually works!

    This cooler does a good job of cooling a 1 or 2 person office. It’s not loud and doesn’t take up much space. The frozen water cubes you put in the better it works. It has a swing function on the shutters that makes a breeze feel to the room.

    Bought this on an offer and really didn't expect much. However i am pleasantly delighted to say that it works and can recommend. The added bottles to assist with the cooling is also a plus.

    The media could not be loaded. Overall, the product seems okay. The air flow feels good, along with the fan. However, what I received is NOT what is advertised nor what others have received in the previous reviews. It does not have a bucket like thing at the bottom you pull out to put water in and put ice packs in. I only received 3 ice packs and not 6. This does not have a 12 hour timer, the max is 7. It leaks a little due to condensation I’m assuming, so I have to put a little towel under it. You put the ice pack at the top, and it only holds one. It’s hard to find instructions for THIS particular model because as mentioned, what I received is NOT what is advertisedUpdate:After using this for a night, it has a large area of the floor wet. Even with putting a towel down. The floor is soaked!Another update:The leaking is just too bad, I am returning.
