I've been drinking Atkins shakes since 2018. They are all good. But this one is the best! Yum! Don't hesitate if you like the combo of peanut butter and chocolate. I really like the additional protein and the added prebiotics. Nice touch without affecting the taste.

I’ve been drinking atkins shakes for years and have loved them all. But the new formulation for Gut & Muscle health is a GAME CHANGER!!! Same great taste but after a week of drinking this version, the effects on my GI issues are positively outstanding!!!! Y’all help me out and buy lots of this so Atkins doesn’t discontinue this version!!

First off as a general rule I like the Atkins shakes. The Chai Tea is my current favorite. I'm a chocolate peanut butter fanatic. I thought this would be my new favorite. Unfortunately that is not the case. These had a odd almost metallic taste. I'm not sure if that is due to the higher protein content or something else but I'm not a fan. The consistency was fine. Smooth not gritty. Which is my favorite thing about this brand but the flavor is just off on these.

I was told by my doctor to cut down on sugar intake. I have tried a lot of low carb and low sugar products and I do like these. I like that they are higher protein and also not as overly sweetened as some protein drinks.Because the drinks are so thick, I find that I can add half of a drink (or less) to cold water and still enjoy the diluted drink with even less calories and more water in my diet. The quality of the shakes allow for that.
