    I like that you can connect this dip station via an attachment at the bottom for extra stability. It's not a huge deal - the ones at the gym I used didn't have the ability to connect them, and you just had to be a bit more mindful of your balance. The only downside to the attachment at the bottom is that if you want to store them, you may want to remove the attachment so you get the space back, as this makes it one large unit instead of two piece that can be put right up against each other. I don't need the space, so i keep it attached. Note that there is an easy way to remove the attachment - it has a nob that you twist to remove the attachment, so you don't need to use an allen wrench or another tool. Anyway, when you do attach them, this dip station is very stable and solid feeling. The foam covering is comfortable when you are doing your exercises. This is a well-made dip station, highly recommend.

    I don't use the connecting bar. It's harder to store. It feels a little bit more wobbly than I'd like it to be, but it's pretty inexpensive, so you get what you pay for.

    I am very disappointed with this dip station. It has 4 adjustable heights which sounds great, but the higher you adjust it, the more it wobbles. I had to adjust it to the highest height because the lower ones were too low to do dips. Once you raise it, it starts to wobble and feels very unstable because the base isn't wide enough to keep it steady. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to feel like you're about to tip over every time you work out.

    As much as I re-tighten the bolts and screws. It's still wobbles. Moved it to concrete, and tile but, it's unstable. Stable in dips, sure. But I wobble with low pulls ups and for sure calf raises.
