I was looking for a medium-sized notebook to keep handy to write notes from phone calls, etc. I was having some difficulty in finding exactly what I wanted (hardcover, spiral bound, medium sized, lined pages, and wide-ruled). I got all but wide-ruled; this was college ruled. But everything else matched so I took a chance on it. It is perfect. The lines are dark, the pages not numbered but there is a space for numbering if you so choose. Really fulfills my needs and is beautifully made.

This notebook is the perfect size for taking notes, or for a journal. Not to big and not to small. The pages are a nice thickness, and the lines are clear. There is a ribbon to use as a bookmark, the elastic is nice for keeping the book shut.

Usually the binding in my notebooks get messed up. This one won't have the same issue. Also, I can carry my pen inside it, it has a sleeve in the last page, corners are round, etc. Very usefull! And you wont see the ink in the other side of the page. Worth the money.

Very sturdy hard covers and double spiraled wire so it won’t get bent out of shape. Makes writing in it on your lap or while standing up much easier with the hard covers. The paper stock is a nice weight and won’t easily tear. The double sided pocket in the back is a nice addition for receipts or other documents.

It is a spiral notebook. My favorite part is the elastic band to keep it closed. Only thing that would improve it is a pen loop, but that isn't a deal breaker in my opinion.
