I have an old '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it has the stock radio and disc player. But, I don't use discs anymore. I don't even listen to the radio. But, I do listen to a shocking amount of audio books and I really wanted to be able to listen to them in my jeep, but I didn't want to have to do the whole buy a new radio and sit for hours to try to figure out how to install it and problem solve. This was a great solution.The screen mounted easily on the dash using a two-sided tape pad, fixing it firmly. There are two adjustments. There is one on the side for up/down adjustments, which worked just fine. The side to side, however, was done with a screw on the bottom. Which, once it is stuck to the dash, you have no way to get to it unless you pry it back off and I doubt you can do that very many times before it stops sticking.The display itself is very bright and easy to see. The controls are basic, but straighforward. I connected my iPhone via Car Play and it worked right away. I had to use the FM broadcast option, but it actually sounds really good. It just has slightly lower volume than regular radio for some reason.The built in features are fairly minimal, but that is really all you need when you have Car Play and Air Play.I do wish it would turn off automatically when you turn off the car. If you leave it plugged in, it stays on, and it kept kicking my off my home wifi to connect the Car Play. So, now I just unplug the power cord from the dash when I park. Problem Solved.I love this thing, and it has made my driving experience every day so much more enjoyable.

Ordered this for my older vehicle knowing that I should be able to connect this and run the sound through the speakers with the FM thing.Well, while technically this worked in all the ways one would expect which is why you get one of these, we could not get the FM thing to work...to connect...So, I am choosing not to use this for my vehicle. My man has a friend with an older vehicle that he tried this in. They got it to connect. So we gave this item to the friend.

I’ve had other devices like this that were much more expensive, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from this one. I have to say that I’m thoroughly impressed!It starts up very fast. I had no problem setting it up to transmit sound to my radio. The sound is terrific. Connecting my iPhone to it using Bluetooth was very easy. The screen is nice and bright and has sharp details. There is no lag with the interface. It’s very responsive. It really is a great value for the money!For those unsure what Apple CarPlay allows you to do, here’s what happier: I get in my car and my phone wirelessly connects to this device and Apple CarPlay starts to on the device. The device transmits sound to my car stereo using a station I selected when I set up the device. Note that my phone and car are connected, I can now stream music to my car, make phone calls in my car, use Google maps or Apple Maps as gps with turn by turn directions for my car. I can tell Siri to do things like send my wife a text message.My only complaints are that the microphone sound quality isn’t great for people that I’m on calls with, and there is no USB power out port on this and you have to use your cigarette lighter port to plug in the power source for this thing. So if the only power source in your car is the cigarette lighter port then you have no way to charge your phone at the same time as using this. I’m sure there are workarounds like a cigarette lighter power port splitter or something like that, but if they had included a usb power out port on this thing it would have been much cleaner of a solution.With that being said, I still highly recommend this to anyone that needs to add Apple CarPlay functionality to their car.

Easy to setup and pair with my android phone. It wireless tranmit carplay and is a great price with the screen. The portable screen is nice as it just powers up using any 9v lighter. The transmission and apps that are mirrored from your phone pairs nicely. I can play music through the car or through the monitor as the monitor isn't too shabby with the price tag. I placed this into my van and it works great from turning the van into a super smart van. I like that it came with the cables and chargers and it was easy to setup and mount on my dashboard.

This portable screen is a great way to modernize a Cars entertainment system without having to wire anything to the car itself. It is super easy to set up. All you need is a car lighter, and either an aux cord or tune it directly to the radio of the car and you’re good to go. no issues with sound quality and once you connected to your phone via Bluetooth, it works instantly also comes with wireless CarPlay or android auto and this also works very fluently. it is about the size of an large phone and the amount that it comes with is also very easy to install. Again, this is perfect for someone trying to add a little bit of modern technology, but not go be extra mile with wiring directly to car. The user interface of the software is also very easy to use and shouldn’t take too long to familiarize yourself with.

The media could not be loaded. Our daughter just got her license, and my wife is letting her drive her Explorer with an older Sync 2 system. My daughter really wanted to use CarPlay and be able to use other, more interactive driving/map apps. Installation was very easy, basically being plug-and-play, and pairing between device and vehicle. The display is large enough to see and use, but small enough to mount without obstructing view while driving. She can now use CarPlay, and myself Android Auto, to stream music, use calling features without the cumbersome prompts needed using the factory system, and navigate using Waze or Maps, which is also much easier and offered additional features. Everything is customizable to user preference and works seamlessly. Very nice option for any vehicle not equipped with a screen, or with CarPlay or Android Auto. In our case, it was a much better option than spending the $600+ to upgrade the factory system. Very happy with this device. Works very well.
Buona soluzione per avere car play in auto non predisposte
Ho preso questo apparecchio per poter avere la possibilità di utilizzare il car play in una vecchia lancia ypsilon di 10 anni circa, che non ne era predisposta di serie data l’età!La qualità del prodotto non è sicuramente di prima fascia, anzi; le plastiche sono poco robuste ed anche lo schermo touch non si distingue per qualità! Tuttavia però il sistema funziona molto bene, la connessione è rapida con possibilità di connettere il telefono sia in wi-fi che con BT. Una volta connesso, automaticamente si apre car play (nel caso in cui si connetta un dispositivo Apple ovviamente). Lo stesso avviene ovviamente se si collega un dispositivo Android con la possibilità di utilizzo di Android auto.L’apparecchio è dotato di una propria cassa ed un microfono ambientale, e quindi si possono ascoltare le indicazioni di maps o gestire le chiamate dal cellulare. La qualità audio però è veramente minimal pertanto se l’auto ha il bluetooth, consiglio comunque di gestire le chiamate con lo stereo dell’auto per non avere problemi di ascolto delle chiamate durante la marcia. In alternativa il monitor si può collegare tramite cavo Aux allo stereo della macchina per poter utilizzare le casse dell’auto sia per le chiamate che per l’ascolto di musica o qualsiasi altra riproduzione sia in corso. Mediante il mirroring dello schermo si ha anche la possibilità di trasferire in visione lo schermo del telefono così da poter riprodurre qualsiasi app direttamente in visione sul monitor.L’alimentatore in dotazione è provvisto di ingresso 12 V nella presa accendisigari, ma l’ingresso al monitor dell’alimentatore è tramite usb tipo c, quindi, volendo, si può utilizzare qualsiasi cavo con attacco usb tipo c e collegarlo anche alla presa usb dell’auto. Peccato però che non ci sia dal monitor una presa uso per poter poi collegare un dispositivo in ricarica!L’installazione può avvenire in due differenti modi; il dispositivo è dotato di un supporto che, una volta definita la posizione più comoda sul cruscotto dell’auto, si può fissare con viti o, alternativa meno invasiva, con del biadesivo.In conclusione direi che si tratta di una buona soluzione per avere la possibilità di adeguare tecnologicamente una vecchia auto; di contro vi troverete tra “i piedi” qualche cavo in più!
Installation facile
Ce n'est pas un autoradio à proprement parler, mais plutôt un écran déporte version Android pour son smartphone (iPhone ou Android) et il se connecte en Bluetooth.Son installation est très simple puisqu'il est inutile de retirer ou d'intervenir sur le système déjà existant sur la voiture, on a qu'à poser l'écran sur le tableau de bord ou le pare-brise.(un support collant est fourni. )C'est donc un système qui intègre diverses applications, GPS, musique, applis de musique, de météo infos, etc. Qui doit être connecté à son smartphone pas besoin d'adaptateur sans fil (Carplay pou iOS ou Android auto) il est intégré au système. L'écran est alimenté par la prise allume cigare.C'est aussi bien sûr un kit main libre et on peut y adjoindre une camera de recul, ( non fournie), et on y trouve aussi un port pour une carte SD.Pour le branchement du son, on peut utiliser une connexion jack (Un câble mâle/mâle est fourni) le Bluetooth déjà intégré à la voiture (s'il y en a un), ou encore la mini enceinte intégrée à l'écran, et également le Tuner FM qui, attention, n'est pas une radio, mais un transmetteur qui permet d'envoyer le son sur les ondes FM de la radio déjà installée dans la voiture s'il y en a une. Pour avoir la radio, il suffit d'avoir une application sur son smartphone.Tout fonctionne correctement.

Vous pouvez donc le transporter pour le régler chez vous si besoin ou bien le brancher en USB sur votre autoradio si votre véhicule n'a pas (ou plus) de prise allume-cigare. Cet écran étant destiné aux véhicules, il n'a pas de batterie autonome, il devra obligatoirement être branché en USB-C pour fonctionner. Léger, compact et amovible, il se rangera facilement dans votre boîte à gants quand vous ne l'utilisez pas.En conclusion, bonne surprise que ce petit écran, qui certes ne paie de mine avec des plastiques un peu légers, mais qui possède toutes les fonctions nécessaires avec une bonne ergonomie, qui s'appaire avec une déconcertante facilité à votre téléphone et qui trouvera sa place partout sur votre tableau de bord. Muy útil en el coche y funciona ok
La conexión inalámbrica es estable y permite utilizar Siri o como en mi caso el Asistente de Google para controlar el teléfono sin distracciones. La pantalla táctil es sensible y facilita la navegación, las llamadas y la gestión de la música.La instalación se hace en un pis pas gracias a la ventosa de 360° y el soporte giratorio de 90°, lo que te permite no tener que desmontar nada en el coche. Lo puede hacer cualquiera.Aunque la función de espejo portátil es útil, he notado que la reproducción de videos como YouTube o TikTok no es tan fluida, y a veces la conexión se interrumpe. Además, aunque el Bluetooth funciona bien para llamadas, la calidad del sonido no es tan buena.Es compatible con cámaras traseras, pero no viene incluida hay que comprarla por separado.Da una gran comodidad y mejora la seguridad al conducir, pero podría beneficiarse de una mejor integración de video y calidad de sonido, por lo demás está muy bien.
