First off, be realistic about your expectations by adding creatine to your nutritional program. Yes, it does help with recovery and building muscle, but it's no magic pill (or powder in this case). If you exercise regularly and do progressive resistant weight training in a smart regimented program, creatine will give you a slight boost in your gains.I've been using creatine for over 25 years and in my experience, there isn't a whole lot of difference between products, so price is a determining factor for me so long as it's "micronized" creatine. By grinding it into a fine powder, it increases absorption and minimizes intestinal upset. It's 100% tasteless and mixes well with just about any liquid. I simply add a half teaspoon to my morning and afternoon coffee.Forget the expensive pills, go with a micronized powder like this one and shop around for the best price.
