Having said that, this smartwatch has many wonderful features! There are multiple faces available. Setting it up and pairing it with your phone is really simple. The O2 sensor and Heart Rate sensor are accurate as compared to a genuine pulse oximeter. When compared to an arm or wrist cuff, the blood pressure reading might not be as accurate.
