I'm a big fan of the thermal instant print cameras. I didn't know about them until just a couple months ago, but they're so neat. You get the options and permanence of a digital video/photo camera, but with the extra creative bonus of instant printing. The thermal images are like the old style fax machines, or some current register receipts. They will fade over time, but the camera saves the pictures onto the included memory card, so you can reprint. It comes with three rolls of thermal paper, with one already installed and ready to print. It prints out smoothly and evenly, but tear it off slowly from the slot so you don't get rips. The camera comes with loads of options, so you can adjust the lighting, density of print, definition, volume control, etc. It measures 4.6 x 4 x 2 (front to back), and is made of sturdy plastic. The screen is larger than most kids cameras and has a clear picture. Brief instructions are included, but not for the games (these kids cameras never give game instructions). Reordering thermal rolls is easy and inexpensive, and you can even get pastel colored paper rolls (check Bolo for "thermal camera paper rolls"). To me, the thermal prints look like old newspaper photos, especially if you lightly color over them with light beige-yellow pencil, to give an aged appearance. Great effect for creative projects. This is a fantastic set that also records sound, and I highly recommend it for kids, or adults who want an inexpensive thermal print option

Comes neatly boxed and the images make it look appealing to my kiddo. Super easy to setup the paper and charge. The printed photos don’t take too long to print and it’s not loud or weird sounding. The images are basically carbon printed images like what you’d find on fancy register paper so it’s not over the top fancy but really good for being such a small device.

I like the print output. They're very clear and vivid. Although it's just black and white coz its thermal which means it uses heat to print but it actually is very nice and clear. Easy to use.

Turned camera on and the first screen that came up was the music list. It immediately froze on that screen and would do nothing else. It is basically a paperweight right out of the box.

My son (7) keeps asking for the higher end Polaroid style camera, but for about of reasons it doesn’t make sense yet. This is a fun point-shoot-print camera that works as advertised. It’s black/white, but does help teach the basics of framing photos correctly and limited prints.For the price point, it’s a good mix of toy and teaching tool.Lastly, he’s dropped it once or twice, and it’s still working just fine, so relatively durable.
