My phone is a samsung s24. It's power button and volume is located on one side and the power button is in the middle of the side, so with this, the grip is over the power button. And if I place the grip more to the right, it will not level straight and would be a useless gimbal. Very frustrating on my part that i didn't think this through before buying, but wish the maker would've had another grip on four corners instead.

The media could not be loaded. I like how small this is, but it’s almost too small. You have to be careful in the setup, trying to use certain angles it became off balance. It doesn’t have enough weight at the base. I used it with iPhone 14 Pro Max, no case, and with a case and still found it tippy either way, at certain angles. Other than that, it works well. Be sure to remove the remote from the stand before using it, otherwise every time you grab the Stand you fire the remote. The remote works well, I just wished it wouldn’t shut off so fast. I had to keep turning it back on the whole time I used it. It has a very strong grip on the phone, it wasn’t easy for me to get the phone into its jaws, but once I did it was secure. I think that part is just a matter of getting used to handling it. Yes I would recommend this stand if the price is right and you are careful using it. It is a simple quick setup. Would I buy it again myself? Probably not, I might search for something a bit more substantial with better weight balance. Sometimes being so small, light and portable isn’t the very best thing.

For the price it’s great if you want a stabilizer for your phone. I just wish they made it so you can swap out the mount and put a proper camera on there for when you are looking to upgrade

The camera arm often slips and the locking feature isn’t secure. If you happen to bump the phone in the locked position, it unlocks. The battery life of a charge is very short as well.
