5.0 out of 5 stars Classy and functional
We love this coat rack. There are four shelves with plenty of room, and plenty of hooks for clothing or dog leashes/collars. It was a little more on the expensive side than I wanted to pay, but the quality makes it worth the money. It is very sturdy, and it was easy to put together. It’s quite large, so make sure you have plenty of room for this rack. The only drawback is that the hooks are not rounded, so if you put clothing or anything without a tag to hang it on, it leaves a stretch mark in the material on the item you have hanging on it.
5.0 out of 5 stars stable and well built
This is a stable and well built unit. It looks good too. The right size for our medium sized foyer. It is a bit tedious to assemble but not physically or technically demanding. There is one step where it would have been helpful to have a second person to position the pieces but I was able to completely assemble it by myself. The supplied allen wrench works, although if you have a high quality set you may want to use your own. i didn't feel the need to dig my own out. Only tool I needed to supply was a Phillips head screwdriver. You could also use a spirit level to adjust the legs but I didn't bother. Although it is not the cheapest model out there I believe that it will last, so it is worth the money.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great purchase!
Very sturdy and nice looking coat rack. I love how you can hold so many things on it at once. Husband put it together and said that it wasn't too hard to assemble, but there were many instances where the manufacturer could have made it much easier for the assembler. He said to mention that if the assembler is as OCD as he is, make sure to line up the edge banding on the shelves so there is no seam on the side you want to display. One tiny irritation..... the assembly stickers (1,2,3) on the bottom of the shelves were hard to completely remove. And sadly, the manufacturer added a larger company sticker on the bottom of the top shelf (the other shelves didn't have it)... and it is the only shelf that you can clearly see the bottom (and thus the lovely sticker)! So it took a while to get the sticker off the top shelf after it was assembled. I think goo gone was involved.
4.0 out of 5 stars It does the job and looks good while doing it
This coat rack took me a long time to assemble, and by the end of it, I had done a minor workout where my legs were sore the next day. I could do it by myself, though, while watching tv, and the instructions were really clear, so there wasn't any confusion. The only issue I had was towards the end when the metal pieces needed to align perfectly to attach the final wood piece at the top, but they didn't align perfectly, and I almost wasn't able to screw it in. I retraced my steps and tried building it with more precision, but I think the manufacturers didn't create the holes in the right places. Ultimately, I think I either warped the metal a bit or the wood to force it into position. It is nice quality though, and very sturdy! It suits my every need and I'm glad I purchased this rack.
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice easy to put together.
Nice. Took me maybe 30 minutes to put together. All the parts were there. The wood tone is nice. It is a little fussy when you are first trying to get the base situated but after the first shelf is in place it gets easier.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just what was needed for a small space
This is just as pictured, and I recieved it next day once it was ordered. Perfect size to keep things organized and out the way. Surprisingly sturdy but very easy to assemble. I'm a 68 y/o female who put this together seamlessly in a little over an hour. Because of the style and small footprint it will fit easily in any space, yet there is ample shelving and hooks for bags, hats, coats etc. And because the base is larger than the top the anchor straps weren't needed. I was between this coat rack and one that was bigger. This was a perfect choice! If you're undecided, just get it, you won't be sorry.
5.0 out of 5 stars It does the job.
I have this coat rack at the back door. Pretty sturdy. The hooks are handy. The platforms are useful. I put my outside shoes and flashlights on them.
5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful AND sturdy
Purchased for our RV and it’s perfect. We are full time RVers and needed a place to hang coats and such. This fit perfect in the space we chose and now there are no more coats and hats laying about. Measure your space though as it’s fairly tall.
Sturdy, looks good
I assembled it on my own and it took a couple hours but it was easy enough. I like that it has quite a few hooks so I can hang a lot of coats/ purses etc. The square base also feels a lot sturdier than the traditional "single pole with hooks coming out of it" kind of coat rack. Looks nice and modern but not soul-less LOL
Solid, practical, spacious and great wood/metal look, but big!
To replace our « perroquet » coat hanger that was falling a lot and ultimately broke with weight of winter jackets in Québec.Took about 30min to build. No sweat, using my powered tools.Looks great (wood and black metal) as we have other furnitures in that industrial style. It’s very stable, but takes more floor room than other coat hangers. It’s spacious and accepts 8+ winter jackets.I liked the « étagère » that serves as side table and place to store baskets with gloves/hat.I recommend it if you need to hang more than 4/5 jackets and have enough room.
Estable y funcional
Esta muy lindo y es muy funcional. Es una buena compra y es fácil de armar. Muy estable y buena vista. Buena relación precio calidad.
Great, easy to assemble and no issues so far
Using it for our caps, bags and other items. No problems so far, sturdy and easy to assemble. It looks good too.
