I love all my products that I get from Bolo and if it's not satisfied I just called Bolo app and they gave me replacement or if they can't do replacement they give me a refund. I haven't used the product yet is still in the box because I'm in the process of looking to move so I don't want to unpack anything until I move but I know I will be satisfied when I open it

This is amazing, it is a color that matches any bathroom and I love it.It has two heating mode for the perfect temperature towels.It is perfect for a small home as it does not take more than a couple of big towel and a few small ones. I tried their rolling method and was able to add only one more big one. Maybe I did it wrong.It has timers to help you have the perfect warmed towelI particularly also like the fragrance holder. Sometimes I add essential oil on a pad there. I have a pad that fit the space. It prefer Eucalyptus/Spearmint, or Lavender/chamomile.All in all a reasonably pried purchase. I recommend it.

Ok, y'all. There is nothing better than a warm towel or blanket! Especially in the winter.While I absolutely love this warmer, I must say that it was tricky to find a true home for it in our bathroom. While we have a very large bathroom, the lack of logical outlet placement made it more challenging. Eventually, we ended up installing a new outlet that allowed us to tuck this away under a vanity space. The warmer is larger in size (in order to fit multiple towels at once), so I appreciate that we have it tucked away. It's perfect!I start the warmer when I get into the bath or shower, and then it's warm and toasty by the time I'm ready to dry off. Oh, so luxurious!Confession: I also use it to warm up blankets before taking a nap or lounging on the couch. A warm blanket just helps relax me when I'm ready to wind down for a bit. SCORE!Overall, I highly recommend this! It would also make a fabulous gift to friends or family members.

We are really glad to have this for the upcoming winter. We rent a pretty old house that is hard to keep heated unfortunately. Having nice warm towels to wrap up in after bathing and showering is going to be SO nice.This warmer unit is big but it holds quite a lot in volume. It does take up some space however it holds many large fluffy towels and warms them nicely so I’ll take the bulkiness this has. It’s not something I’ll be able to leave out in my bathroom all the time due to space (real small bathroom) but it’s easy enough to store in my bedroom closet til needed and had side handles which I really appreciate.This has an inner center core that also heats up to help warm more areas of what’s inside. I can fit a few of my large bath towels in this as well as my robe. This would also hold a throw blanket as well! I’m impressed with its size. It has nice options such as a timer and settings for 20/40/60 minutes and has an auto shut off feature. It’s quiet as well and has a decently long power cord. I’m really not finding anything I don’t like about this! It would be a wonderful gift for anyone who has colder seasons.

To be honest, it took me so long to review this because I had no idea where to put it. My bathroom is longer than it is wide, there aren't a lot of outlets, and this thing is big. Once I finally figured out where to put it, I gave it a go. Holy moly this thing is awesome! It's going to be a lifesaver in the winter. Right now it's a bit too hot where I am for daily use.It's really simple to use. Just push a button, and it's running. When I pulled my towel out of it (it was only in there for less than 30 minutes), it was so warm. It felt so nice, like when you take your clothes out of the dryer and immediately put them on. Yeah, just like that. If you live in a cold climate, then I would definitely recommend this towel warmer. Even though I don't live somewhere cold, I still love it.

Not much bad I can say about this towel warmer. It is a rather large unit. It could hold easily 4 of my towels, and sometimes up to 6 if I pushed it.The timer modes all worked as intended. Heating mode high and low both gave nice warm towels but I always used highThe heating occurs fast, so you need to be careful of the insides! They will be VERY hot quick.. Kind of dangerous! I think thats the worst I can say about the unit, the inside can be very hot, so when grabbing towels just be careful.

I loved using my bath towels when they are still warm from the dryer and wanted the same experience everyday so I got this towel warmer. This towel warmer was easy to use and did not have too many buttons to complicate a simple machine, which I appreciate. I love how there are timers for the towel warmer so that it will keep the towels warm for up to 90 minutes, which is usually more than enough time to finish a shower. The capacity is quite large and I can fit at least 2 bath towels in here without issues. The heating column in the middle is slightly in the way but I can understand its practicality in helping the machine heat up.The high temperature level does not get that hot. At most it is a slight warmness that is nothing close to the feeling of a freshly dried towel from the dryer. I am slightly disappointed in this area but I can understand that perhaps its a safety fire hazard issue to dry an already dried towel too much. Overall, with the large capacity and the aesthetic design of having wood elements, I think it is a nice addition to have in my home to make it more luxury.
