    The product does come missing the 4L poles so be prepared to order a replacement to get them and send the rest back. Product is ok but flimsy it wants to tip over so be careful

    I love the rack, however I ordered the 5 tier, and while it came with all the 5 tier pieces, it’s missing 4 “L” poles to attach the final tier. Everything else is there for that last tier. Instructions show it needs 4 “L” poles that were included, but it needs 8 if you put on the top.
