I got this Chocolate Bar Mold for my daughter, and she has been having a lot of fun with it. This is a good chocolate mold that we used to make the pistachio chocolate that everyone is raving about.I like this mold because it gives you two different patterns side-by-side that you can make with one mold.I like that after I put everything in the mold and refrigerate it, then I can easily release it from the mold.Cleaning the mold is easy in the kitchen sink with warm water to get it clean and ready for its next use. It's probably dishwasher safe as well, but it's faster just to clean it in the kitchen sink for me.We will use this a few more times until we get into a chocolate coma and then maybe we'll make the pistachio chocolate once every few months.
