I enjoyed using Wild Society Nutrition Superfood Mushroom Whey Protein Powder. I did receive a bag a week ago on-line through Bolo.com from WSN that emitted an unusually strong odor. This honestly was a first time with using this powder. When contacting the company directly to ask them if there was a logical explanation for it, they responded to my email within 24 hours and answered questions and followed up with return emails over a two to three day time period. Apologizing and wanting to make it right, they offered to send and initiated a return/refund. I feel it is a good product. And I am pleased that I was able to experience using close to 5 bags before encountering this one. I gave a 5-star for honesty, integrity and moving so quickly to make things right for me. Thank you Wild Society Nutrition.

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.If used as directed it will last about two weeks. It would be even more expensive, but I'd prefer they just fill it up with an entire month's worth of powder.The "best by" date on mine is May 2026, so a little less than two years from now.You can smell the vanilla flavor as soon as you open the pouch, and the taste is vanilla bean goodness.Lately I've been wondering when powder supplement manufacturers are going to realize the scoop doesn't need a reinforced handle? The powder is light enough and the plastic strong enough that it will work with just a flat handle. That will keep powder from getting stuck in the nooks and crannies and then randomly free-falling when it's right over something you don't want it to free-fall on (which unfortunately is sometimes my keyboard =) Also, making the scoop rounded will make the powder come out easier.The benefit of a pouch is you can feel where the scoop is and massage it up to the top so you don't have to go digging for it. However, you're going to get powder on your hands anyway when reaching into the bag, especially if you have big hands like me. The scoop won't be hard to find though, it's the biggest one I've seen in awhile!I like my supplements to say organic (grass-fed in this case), non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says grass-fed and pasture raised, GMO free, and SQF certified. The product page says made in the USA, and the website says 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. The wildsocietynutrition site is functional in Chrome, but just a black screen in Firefox. They don't have a phone number on the website, or at least a chat feature. But the site has a lot of information and they are in some nationwide stores, so for me that's good enough that they're established and not going to disappear on me.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but the ingredients in this are excellent, and somehow they did it without the mushroom aftertaste I was sure it would have. The price may seem high, but it's fairly average for protein powders, including much inferior ones. The quality of product, from an established company, is worth at least some of the price, and if it does what you're looking for it to do, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

I mix this in a shaker cup with raw milk. 2 scoops per bottle. Keep it in the fridge and froth about 4 ounces per double shot of espresso. It’s honestly amazing. I usually drink one shaker per 2 days. It’s an easy way to get an extra 25 grams of bioavailable protein per day with no really change in lifestyle. I’m about to be 43 and I’m in the best shape of my life. This is the best protein I’ve found.

I have tried several protein powders in the past, and this grass fed whey protein powder is by far the best tasting, though a little sweet. I was offered the vanilla flavor only, but I think the chocolate one would taste even better. I add a ½ scoop a day to my morning oatmeal cereal, with a small amount of 1% milk. Reishi and Cordyceps mushroom powders together with Eleuthro (Siberian ginseng) make for great immune supporters. Additionally, I like the fact that this is 100% grass-fed whey produced by cold processes (better nutrient retention) and, besides the mushrooms, contains very few other ingredients.My blood work consistently shows my protein levels below normal. I am looking forward to see the next blood test results in 6 months' time.The taste is pleasant, but too sweet. I cannot understand why manufacturers feel the need to not only sweeten everything but make it almost jaw-clenchingly sweet. Besides, all artificial sweeteners have distinctive after-tastes. I absolutely love these Wild Society protein powders! I bought chocolate, vanilla, and of course rocket pop. All of the flavors taste amazing, and the powder mixes great! I love that I can drink this to refuel after a hard workout, knowing that it is made with all-natural ingredients and is free from artificial additives. Nothing but the best from the Champ! My perfect work starts with watching UFC Dillashaw vs. Barao to get amped, then I throw on some Red Hot Chili Peppers “Can’t Stop” in my headphones to stay amped, workout as hard as hard as I can, and enjoy a Wild Society recovery. I got this initially for me to use as a protein shake, but my hubby has ended up taking it to add to his overnight oats. The powder tastes great and mixes well with milk, and he loves it. I also like that it is made in the USA and doesn't have a bunch of sugar, additives or artificial ingredients.
