The chair is not hard to put together and is very comfortable. The ability to recline the chair back helps you relax and the extended foot rest is an added comfort as well. Great chair for those who work from home or spend a long time sitting at a desk. The chair looks good and has plenty of room for us larger framed people. Great value for this chair.

Just got the chair, so I am not able to speak to the longevity of this. But it was super easy to assemble. It’s firm, supportive and comfortable! I love the leg rest and recline feature!

This chair looks amazing arm rest are very nice and comfortable for me it was easy to put together the leg thing is under rated my only complaint is I wish it had more butt pads all and all I would give it a 4.8 out of 5 issues being I wish I was built a little stronger and not enough butt pads

Before this I had one of those generic $120 gaming chairs from here. One of the ones that all basically look the same, and it was okay. But after sitting in this one for 5 minutes I totally see why it's worth the extra money. Before this I figured a chair was a chair, but this one is just so much better. Rocking in this chair is so comfortable. You can adjust the tension to the point where you don't even need to push off the ground to lean back or tighten it to where it won't tilt at all. And the best part? Once you tilt back to a comfy spot the lever on the left lets you lock it in place. None of the cheaper chairs even have that option. You either get that hard spring you have to fight against to lean back, or they don't lean at all and your only option is to lower the back of the seat.Speaking of comfort, this seat is amazing. I'm a chubby dude and I've still got plenty of room with this seat. The "wings" on the side are so low and wide you won't feel them at all. I could easily sit in this thing all day, it's just amazing the difference from the cheaper chair. The lumbar pillow is worthless though. It's so thick to use it you'd have to bend backwards nearly into a C, so I've just been using it for a footrest.There's a lot of adjustability with the arms. Not only do the buttons let you move them all around about 2 inches either way, you've got another 2 inches where they bolt onto the seat you can adjust when you're putting it together. They still don't come together as closely as I would like but it's not a deal breaker. The padding on them is decent enough for your forearms, but if you're gonna have your elbows resting on them I'd get some arm rest pads.There is kind of an unpleasant smell with the chair. It's not BAD, but it's very noticeable. Nothin a few shots of Febreeze can't fix. My only real issue with the chair is when it says it's got carbon fiber on the sides, that's an outright lie. The design is just more of the same PU leather as the rest of the chair, but with a barely noticeable fiber print stamped into it. I'm slightly annoyed since I picked this color because of that, but it's whatever.

Easy to assemble . Strudy wood and metal plates. I had a $80 gaming chair before and It was literally falling apart espically the arms from leaning constantly. I saw these metal arms and comfortable chair looking design for a bit higher price so decided to give it a shot. LET ME TELL YOU. This chair is so insanely comfortable and sturdy and just high quality. I know $180 sounds a bit pricey for a gaming chair... but it's honestly such a great gaming chair I am so glad I got this and swapped out my old chair. LOVE THIS ❤️

Basically the chair overall is pretty good, with excellent quality materials with 1 exception. The cushions are comfortable. It is kinda on the hot side and sweaty for long periods of time. I am concerned what it will be like during the summer. My chair has a very bad wobble within the H frame that connects the piston to the bottom of the chair. As a result I find that I am always sitting at a slight list left or right and that it is causing problems with my spine. I have reviewed the instructions and ensured everything that I can assemble or adjust is tight, but I cant get the problem to go away. This same part of the chair also controls the forward and backward tilt, and the locking mechanism will not hold the tilt, and just releases and shoots me forward. Others have written about this forward launch effect. The default of the chair without this is tipped slightly forward, and again seems minor until you spend some time in the chair and then backpain. This was slow for the first 2 weeks, but now I feel it the second I sit down in the chair. This chair is rated to 350lbs, which I am not even close to. I thought it might be that I am heavier guy but my much much lighter fiancé experiences the same wobble. I sent an email to us@gtracing.com that they provided in the manual asking about how to fix the problem or seeking a replacement part for the defective assembly 10 days ago. I have not heard anything. I no longer have the box to return the chair, otherwise it would have already been exchanged. I will not buy again, and have shared this story with all my of my fellow remote coworkers and my gaming friends. I will not buy again, and their customer service is non-responsive.Edit: I never heard back from GTRacing, and since they don't sell parts, i stuck it in a corner to collect dust. I have replaced it with a Secret Lab Titan and I am very happy with it and comfortable in it. The quality of the char, materials, packaging and tools blew me away... Pushing Secret Lab brand on all my work and home and gaming friends and family.
