I can't get over how easy it was to put together, Visually it looks like a lot... but once you unwrap everything its basically 3 easy steps...1. getting the wheels and the bottom part together all of 30seconds of just pushing them into holes.2. getting the armrest attached to the seat and then fastening the top part of the seat to bottom part of the seat, which is the hardest part because as you can see in third picture it goes over the metal and you have to squish the chair properly together to make sure bolts line.. still very easy..3. putting the chair part onto the roller.. literally just lifting it up on top of it.It might be me but visually 4th picture looks unaligned a little not sure if I didnt tighten right or not who knows.. feels right, but I am going to be sitting so won't bother me and I'll never notice again...It is comfortable the cushions are very big.. I hope long long term it stays that way and treats my back well.

I really like the chair. It’s comfortable and has a nice wide seat. It was super easy to put together. Looks just like any other expensive office chair for half the price. The only issue I have is I thought the back of this chair was higher. I didn’t really notice that it only came to the shoulders which isn’t what I really wanted. Other than that this is a great chair.

For this price range, this is a really nice chair. It's got a decent cushion and a nice edge that makes it comfortable to sit vs pressing on your legs like others. Nice padded arm rests. This is a couple inches shorter than my previous chair, but is a perfect height for me (I'm 5'5"). I've included pictures with a yard stick to give you an idea of actual seat height in lowest (18/18.5 inch) and highest (about 21.5"). Chair has a nice width and seat depth without feeling "oversized" in the area - perfect for those of us that need a bit more room but in a smaller space. I am getting a lumbar support to add to mine, as I like to sit straight up in my classroom. This is more of a relaxed sit/slight leaning back - which would be comfortable for gaming, movies, or those that do like to lean back. It is comfortable to lean back in it. All the stitching is well done. I like the fact it is also a metal base and where the wheels attach. This is a nice feature as I won't have to worry about plastic chipping at the wheels and no longer able to use wheels (in the past year, I have had 2 chairs, that cost double the cost of this one, chip at the wheels - When this happens there's no fixing it unless you just remove wheels. With this chair having metal star base, I won't have to worry about that happening)! Everything was EXTREMELY well wrapped to protect it. Hardware kit came with spares and a nice longer Allen wrench with a handle - This made it so much easier and more comfortable to assemble the chair. Came with clear instructions and an optional way of doing step 4 - attaching chair back to seat. Especially if you are assembling this on your own as I was, I highly recommend doing the alternative way on the added direction sheet. It was much easier to lay the back and then gently push the seat into position... no lifting and trying to hold the back up. Was also a lot easier to get the plate lined up with the holes.

We swapped out my "ergonomic" chair for this one as an experiment to see if it would feel better on my back. The first day I used it, I was instantly in love. Even though it isn't designed to function like my other chair, it does a much better job of keeping me comfortable and supported throughout the day. Also, even though it has a wider seat, the legs don't take up any more floor space than my standard-size desk chair. The only thing I would change would be the height, as I would love to raise it just a couple more inches. Otherwise, it's a great chair for my home office!
