This strip has been super handy for mounting things to my fridge and exterior door. It's very long and includes adhesive so it's easy to just cut and stick on. The magnets aren't very strong but for lighter things they do the trick. Unfortunately, it's not strong enough for my command hooks and expecting it to hold anything with weight to it. Still I've found it quite handy for the lighter stuff.

The magnet is plenty strong enough for my needs, but the adhesive is lacking. It started turning loose within only a couple hours of placement. Over the past few days, I have kept pressing it back down and it does seem to turn loose a little less each time. Maybe it just needs a lot of time to set. I'll see how it does over the next few weeks. If its performance improves, I will update my review. If it doesn't improve I could probably use this magnet on items or in places where I could add a little glue to aid its adhesiveness. But I was needing to use it on the inside of an art supply cabinet. I really don't want to put glue on a piece of furniture. I guess I could try a bit of double-sided gel tape, but that's going to add unwanted bulk to the magnet. I'm sure I can find some workaround solutions, but I'm still disappointed with the product.

This product was perfect for a project I was working on. I wanted to install a new sensor system on a vehicle I own and using this magnetic tape couldn’t have worked out any better. I just attached the magnetic tape to each sensor piece and I was able to attach the sensors to different metal portions underneath the vehicle. The magnetism on this product is strong, reliable and has stayed in place perfectly, ever since I used it to attach the sensors. I did use some adhesion promoter when I attached this tape to the sensors but I only did that as a precautionary step and it probably isn’t necessary. This product is easy to cut with a basic pair of scissors and getting 100 ft of this stuff means you get enough for all kinds of different projects. Now that I know how versatile and reliable this product is, I can think of all kinds of uses and applications where this magnetic tape will be useful. It’s without a doubt a well-made product and getting so much of it means this one roll should last you for a long time. Overall, this company has produced a quality product that I am just thrilled to have discovered.
4.0 out of 5 stars Good Backing Adhesive, So So Magnet
Depending on what you use this for really. This roll of magnetic tape has good backing adhesive but the magnet tape front itself is ok, would be nice to have them a little stronger though. I mean, it will hold a lightweight large kitchen knife or a pair of scissors but it was having a little problem holding a tablespoon. This magnetic tape is not made or meant to be used for heavier items in the first place. It works better with a flat, larger metal surface area to give it a better grip, like the lightweight knife compared with a tablespoon with a narrow handle. Just like walking on thin ice, spreading out the weight helps. Anyway, this roll of tape will still have quite a bit of other uses around my household and shop, so no worries there. I am sure kids will be using it for some school craft projects as well for sure.

Yes, you get a big roll of magnetic strip however it can’t even stick to the back of a small dry erase board. As shown in the third picture, the magnet gets stuck to the fridge, but not to the dry erase board. I actually did all four sides of the board and the picture just showed the one side that came off, but eventually the other side did as well. I feel like this is meant for making craft magnets. Very very lightweight craft magnets.

This is a generous roll of tape and feels like it is good quality. The adhesion is good, allowing it to stick to a wide variety of surfaces. However, this tape falls short on magnetism. It only works for really light objects, which is super disappointing, because it limits what this tape can be used for.

This is not what I expected!!That being said, this is not a bad thing at all!!I expected a tiny compact roll like a roll of tape-size.This is NOT the size of a roll of standard tape! This is HUGE!! So be ready! It is 100 feet long.The magnet tape is holding very well!I got this to put on metal signs and other items to hang an my magnetic white boards and other metal items!The magnetic pull of the tape is pretty strong, but I didn't have anything very heavy to test out the strength of the magnet on metal.If you're looking for magnets that you can cut to the size you need and has a very decent hold, than this is for you!Put a few strips of this up and hang your metal cooking utensils in your kitchen! This frees up counter space as well as cabinet and draw space!

I originally order this as I use a lot of paper clips at work and wanted to make a board to throw them up against so they'd stick and be out of the way.While you get quite a large roll, the magnetic power is too weak.I tossed them and they fell. I even tried putting one up at a time but if my finger brushed another it fell off.It may be good for creating a refrigerator magnet and this could be the backing but I can't think of anything else.I even folded a piece in half and they barely clung to each other.Disappointed at the weakness and will have to find a really light object to use it for.
