I like to take magnesium at night before bed because it helps me to relax and prevents those debilitating calf cramps in the middle of the night. I tried these gummies and I like them a lot. They are sugar free and have a good taste and texture. My husband thought that they were not sweet enough but I thought they were flavorful and just sweet enough. They have a soft non-gritty texture and don't stick to my teeth.

If you're looking for a product that helps with leg cramps and aids in settling down for a good night's sleep this is the product. I don't know what magic is in it but it's better than melatonin in some ways because if you take it about an hour before bed - it will zonk you right out. At first I thought I was falling asleep because of a physically demanding day but after a few uses, it seems to be the gummies. The flavor is nice, not too sweet. The bottle came with two safety seals which is a good sign. The packaging is professional and the item was delivered well (no melted blob of gummies at the bottom of the bottle.) I am adding this to my pantry as a "must have".

I normally prefer capsules to, since I just like to take all my supplements at once in the morning. But magnesium helps me relax and sleep and eases muscle cramps, so I prefer to take these in the evening. They're delicious and arrived tightly packaged and very fresh.They're so tasty that you should be sure to store them away from where children can access them.
