I suffer from chronic headaches and have been looking for a magnesium supplement and stumbled upon this one which also has many other vitamins and minerals which I also take daily and are great for overall well-being. The taste and texture are great and definitely a win over multiple pills for each supplement. I am happy with this switch!

These taste more like artificial black currant or grape to me, but the flavor is good. It's not blueberry.These actually contain very little magnesium for something with that getting primary billing. If you go by mass, they are primarily calcium. If you go by US RDA percentage, they are vitamin B6. There's even more elemental potassium than magnesium in each gummy. These also contain significant D.For a stress management, you should add considerably more C and magnesium to these. Some zinc and selenium would be good, too. They're aren't a bad start for that, though.As formulated and on their own, these are a sort of bone health mix.These aren't a bad flavor that needs a bunch of covering up so these taste good, like candy. It's also very pleasant when they absorb. I would expect these to be quite popular with youngsters; they do have warnings about keeping (candy flavored) supplements away from childish hands. It's a fair point on these.

I appreciate the taste, so do my kids. The bears taste good and have a good consistency. Makes helping my kids calm in the evening a breeze. These will be a constant in our medicine cabinet.

This bottle contains a whole 45 servings if you take 2 at a time which is a much better value. Love the blueberry flavor to the gummy so it's so easy to take. The 1000mg of magnesium is on the top tier and great if you just need more and it's not like it even costs twice as much as 500mg so even if you need 500mg, just get these and double your servings

Magnesium Glycinate is one of a handful of supplements I take daily and it find it helps with my sleep and energy levels, without the laxative effect that Magnesium Citrate can have. These gummies are a tasty way to supplement magnesium in your diet, if you don't care for swallowing pills. These gummies also claim to have 5000% of your RDA for B6 as a bonus.The only reason I dinged them one star is that I find the nutrition info on the back to be a little confusing. They claim to have "1000mg of Magnesium Glycinate Advance Complex (as 400mg Magnesium Glycinate and 200mg Magnesium Malate)" Sorry, but that math doesn't math up for me. Am I getting 1000mg, 600mg, or 400mg of Magnesium?

I accidentally ordered the blueberry and was not excited bc I hate blueberries. But these are good! Don’t taste like blueberries but like any fruity gummy. They’re tasty. I take two when I’m getting ready for bed and have been sleeping like a champ.
