Wow! What a great deal for the mug press and 4 mugs under $100 and it works amazingly! I have been sublimating tumblers and other products for years as a small business and decided to expand and include mugs. No thought process at all required, just heat up, wrap mug (which is straight edge and wrapped just like my tumblers with top taped over and bottom cut exactly to size with no tape), put into press once heated and it is preset with the exact pressure, temperature and time needed. The press itself takes a bit longer than tumblers and it beeps once done. Let it sit to cool and you get the perfect sublimated mug! I used a sublimation coated mug (other brand), sublimation paper with sublimation ink printed on epson ET-8550 and it is beautiful! Highly recommend!

I love coffee, and I love coffee mugs. Now I can feed both addictions. This machine fits 15oz mugs perfectly, ease of use is awesome. Simply tape your sublimation picture, or infusable pattern to the mug, wrap in butcher paper, insert into machine, press the lever and wait. Out comes the perfect mug to fit the mood of the day. I purchase this machine and it was easy to use made awsome coffee mugs but it stoped working and tried to search for help on line to contact Cricut and could not find a way to get in touch with Cricut. There is no help support available

Bought this for a friend and she is having so much fun with it. She took up sublimation as a hobby and has been decorating mugs and glasses. I may have had an ulterior motive as I found Highland Cattle transfers here on Bolo and she made me a set. Yay!Items made on this machine rival what you can find in stores. Gifts for family and friends.

I ordered the mug press with 12 12oz mugs. The mug press is wonderful. I actually love it. Do simple go use. However, I received my package with 3 of the mugs broken. Unfortunately to get the mugs replaced, I would have to send the entire package back. Bolo was not able to just replace the cups. I could have sent back 2 pks or 4 cups to make the sets even. The mug press works amazingly and I love it. I don’t see a good reason to package it up and wait for another one. The mugs that come with it are sold in sets of 2 separately, so it seems as though this could be fixed.

Transportable y facil de usar
Si quieres una maquina para hacer tazas que puedas transportar de un lugar a otro y con bonita estética, esta es tu máquina ya que es práctica de mover a comparación de las máquinas convencionales aunque el precio si es más elevado. Llevo un par de meses ocupándola y es genial para mi emprendimiento, si quieres hacer muchas tazas a la vez, te conviene mejor otras marcas pero para hacer pequeñas cantidades es perfecta. Estoy enamorada de ella.

Its not working in uae and warranty is void once it go outside USA, tried to activate 2 of the same product bought from USA but still giving error.
