These are made of a very heavy duty! The canvas and the stitching are very thick and heavy material. The brackets appear to be extremely good quality! I have no questions about if they will hold my body wait. Like I said the brackets are all a heavy duty metal and feel very solid. They have a nice spring back on the clips that are a hook and release type. The Carabiner style clips that are on here that screw into place to hold, it's the same thing, very quality and heavy duty. These straps should last a very long time. They are super easy to adjust and change for the different styles of workouts and exercises. For the money these are amazingly inexpensive and the amount of workouts you can use these for should give very effective full body workouts!

But I'm not 100% sure this workout band will hold up to the abuse it will get from the daily exercise I do with it. Took me a few times to trust the bands would hold because the mechanism that anchors it is much smaller than the one I'm used to using. I like the how easy this packs into the included bag. It is easy to pack in my suitcase to take with me on my weekly business trips. I have only used this a few times in my hotel room, but it so far is doing what I want it to do and I haven't fallen on my face. Yet.

I have a set of the TRX. They weren't cheap. I got this set to travel with. They work!They feel well built. The stitching is solid. The adjustment holds and easily adjusts once you get the hang of it. The securing clasp on the strap is secure once you tighten it. The straps clip in so you and both or one at a time.The handles aren't squishy and are more solid. I didn't notice any issues while working out.Overall I'd give these a solid A. The kit includes the bag for storage or travel. They work great for a pretty intense workout.

This training system is very easy to use, potable, and made of good quality materials. The clips on the ends of the straps are strong and fit easily into the door piece as well as onto my weight machine. I am 5’ and have smaller hands and the padded handles for my hands comfortably. The clamp to adjust the straps is easy to use and holds the straps in place once adjusted.I like the variety of workouts that you can do with these straps and the fact that it takes up minimal space. It’s easy to throw in your gym bag or take with you while traveling. Overall, it’s a nice option for mixing up your workout and perfect for apartment living.

Theis kit is solid. The adjustable straps, carabiners, and handles are all A+.Once you get used to the various positions you need to hold you body in, it's a great workout. I incorporated into my weight and cardio routine. It really forces you to engage your core and focus on your form.The handles are nice and thick, and have a great tactile feel. It feels super sturdy and can be confident that it's going to hold me in position.Highly recommend!!

Overall good enough quality. The material in the bands don't feel cheap and they feel sturdy enough I just can't say I trust them to hold up over time and constant use but for the time being they are great for stretches and really allow you to do more if you aren't that flexible on your own.

Straps seem to be good quality the thickness is decent and they're about 1.5 inches wide. I don't have any worries about these failing on me. Comes with a carrying bag, extension band, door mount, and an exercise poster. This can set this up in a variety of places and packed up very quickly. You may want to take a picture of the poster since it isn't laminated and the paper isn't very thick.
