I have a couple other chocolate bar molds, but have found them to be too shallow for filled chocolate bars. These Fimary 2 Pcs Deep Dubai Chocolate Bar Molds are larger bars in both size and depth. I made sea salt and almond butter filled bars, and also blueberry cream filled bars, using macadamia nut butter, kataifi, and freeze dried blueberry powder. I did need to temper extra chocolate for the top of the bars as my typical recipe wasn’t enough to fully fill the bars! The depth is just right for a filling—plenty deep enough without being awkwardly deep. I also think the top pattern is really pretty. I had no problem taking the chocolate out of the molds (I put them in the freezer so they'd be done quicker), and was pleased that it was also pretty easy to break the chocolate in even pieces while eating it a little at a time! These molds are my new favorites!

Oh my gosh, these really the absolute best I cannot tell you how obsessed I am with this. The mold was perfect. It felt like it looked better than the other mold on the market because it’s got a cool modern, but unique vibe to the look of the top and absolutely worked for making the Dubai chocolate bars that have been viral and seen online everywhere and I also add it’s 100 hundred percent worth making the bars from home because they truly taste phenomenal and that texture isn’t something that you can have replicated in a grocery store or find elsewhere so 100/10 definitely recommend

These silicone molds worked perfectly! I used them to make Dubai chocolate bars, and they came out cleanly without any sticking. The molds held their shape well, and the details on the bars looked great. Cleaning was quick—just a scrub with soap and water and they were ready for the next batch. I’m really happy with these molds and would definitely recommend them!

I have not used the molds yet, but I have ordered the ingredients to do so. When I've used them I will come back and update the review and add pictures. Anywho, the molds are what I expected them to be. They're not particularly thick or anything, but I'm not really thinking it matters too much. My only thought in looking at them is... I'm making Dubai chocolate bars, am I going to be able to get the filling in there?? Which is to say, they're not particularly deep. I also ordered butter molds for the chocolate bars just in case I do have issues with the filling in these molds.They seem decent, like I said you get what you expect to get. Will come back and update!

Having several family members who are allergic to chocolate, these “Fimary Deep Dubai Chocolate Bar Molds” are great for making carob candy bars. After they set up, the carob bars popped out easily from the silicone molds. The pyramid shape gives a festive look to the candy bars. Eventually, I will get around to trying my hand at making some Dubai Chocolate Bars using cacao.

I used these in order to make chocolate bars with a pistachio butter and phyllo dough filling and they came out perfect.Really easy to get the chocolate out and the depth was perfect. The shape also looks beautiful and gives a nice texture depending on how you fill it out.
