When I opened up the packaging, one of those plastic pieces was broken.How can I get a replacement so I can you this shelf properly

I didn’t like that bigger shoes like size 11 don’t fit, because it is really thin width wise. The bench is fairly small too. It good for small paces but I would’ve preferred more room to put more shoes in.

I want to love this shoe storage, but some pieces do not fit and other pieces are broken.

I wanted a nicer looking shoe storage rack for my entryway than the standard bins. I ordered the DWVO Farmhouse Shoe Storage Cabinet for just that reason.The cabinet comes unassembled and you will definitely need two people to put it together. The instructions are just pictures just like the Swedish furniture company. They aren't hard to follow if you have built those types before. The problem can be that some of the parts are a bit too large to easily fit into the holes they are supposed to go into. They can be gotten in but it requires some finesse (or a bit of drilling holes larger. I also plan to upgrade some of the plastic bits that hold the shelves as I can see them wearing out over time.Once assembled, the cabinet looks great. It holds plenty of shoes and keeps them out of sight. The seat is a nice touch but it is a bit too small for an adult to sit on. It is great with the storage under the seat though as it's a perfect place for my to toss my cycling gloves and lights and keep them together when I get home from a ride.Overall, I like the cabinet. It looks much nicer than my older one that was a bunch of cubes. At $139 it's a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it in my humble opinion.

The one time I didn't read reviews... seems broken parts is a common occurrence for this item as the delicate plastic pieces are not packaged together well.Tried to email and call company for replacement parts, rather than returning the entire thing, but they said it was an Bolo problem not their's. So ended up returning for a refund instead of replacing. Product service was poor and can't trust quality of another package. I DO NOT recommend this product, even though it's cute.

Main parts for the shoe door were broken. With the price and how long it took to come in you’d expect the best quality. Now having to wait another 2 weeks for replacement. UNACCEPTABLE!
