First, the chair itself: Lighter weight than the bulky chair we had been using and small enough for our home office, but substantial and very comfortable. Can be adjusted multiple ways for height and lumbar support. The green color fits so well in our room. We love it!Second, the company: Directions for assembling the chair were very clear, and extra parts were included. We did not need to contact the company for further help, but in several places (the box, instructions) the company emphasized they would help you with whatever you needed. We do not need a second chair, but if we did, we would buy this one again!

This is a great chair at a great price, but what really stands out is the customer service! When my chair arrived, the regular height was about 2 inches too tall for me, so I couldn't flat-foot the floor. (70cm leg inseam at 5'9, for reference!) I saw in another review someone had contacted customer support to ask for a shorter gas cylinder, and did the same. Sure enough, they sent me a shorter stem for free!! Now this chair fits me perfectly!I love the green color! It's a subdued, mossy, olive-y green. The fabric is comfortable and the pleather is stuffed plush. The recline and height are easy to adjust and the recline to lock. Note, though, the back doesn't recline independently from the seat - they move together, as shown in the images. The lumbar support is nice and easy to adjust. The whole thing feels sturdy.The adjustment is simple - press down on the handle to lower, and press up to raise. Pull outwards to unlock the tilt, and lean back however you'd like. Push inwards to lock the tilt in one of 4 positions: upright, leaned back some, leaned back more, and leaned super back! Unlock, and lean back again a bit, and the tilt is free again.Twist the big cap on the bottom to increase or decrease tilt resistance, as well.I'll be sure to update this review if I run into longevity issues. If you don't see any updates, then there haven't been any issues :)Edit: Jul 9th '24: still no issues, but heads up that the base/wheels area is the perfect size to eat a Roomba. It often catches mine, but not a big deal. Doesn't hurt the Roomba, just gets it stuck and it can't get itself back out

Nice chair!! The seat and arm rest material is soft and durable. The cushioning is ample. It's a little tall. At the lowest position my feet don't quite touch the floor, but my desk is tall anyway, so I need to be up a little higher. Nothing a simple foot rest under my desk won't solve. For those who need adjustable backs, the back does not tilt separately. The entire seat and back tilts together as one. Very easy to put together. Rolls smoothly.

We got this chair today. Putting it together was a breeze and it is very comfortable. I was afraid of ordering a chair online but this seems well made and has already been a great addition to the store. We are very pleased with the purchase.

I got this for my office setup in my room. I'm not a huge guy, so I fit pretty well in it. It seems to adjust up and down enough to accommodate most desks. The back support is decent, and the cushion itself is comfortable. However, the cushion isn't ventilated due to it being made of leather (or faux leather), so prepare to sweat a bit. It doesn't make much noise when rolling or adjusting, however, the wheels seem to not roll as well as other office chairs I've had. If you need to shift around often, this may not be the best option if that's something you're looking for. I'm a fan of the aesthetic, and the overall build quality. I'd argue this is a solid purchase for the money if you need a cheap office/gaming chair.

The packaging and instructions for assembly were perhaps the best I've ever seen - down to the gloves to keep it clean during assembly! It's wide, deep, nice-looking and comfortable - a great home office chair. I just purchased a second for another room!!

I bought 2 of these chairs for my kitchen, as I wanted chairs that were versatile and could be used in the living room when I have guests over, also. Each chair took about 40-minutes to assemble. They were pretty straight forward directions and the hardware was well labeled. The chairs are sturdy and comfortable and look great, roll easily and aren’t overwhelmingly heavy! I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to others.
Excelente silla
Me parece una excelente silla, es la mejor que he tenido hasta el momento, fácil de ensamblar, muy cómoda y resistente. Solo le pongo un pero, la base, donde van las llantas está muy alta y no la hace buena opción para escritorios que tengan entre 66 y 70 cms de alto, estos quedan muy abajo, le puse la base de mi antigua silla y quedo perfecta. La recomiendo 100% siempre y cuando tengas una base "plana" o tu escritorio sea de más de 90cms de alto.
