This may sound crazy, but I seem to use a lot less of these lined pads than the regular blank ones. The blank ones I write big,, change my mind, or get new info, and have to start over. With the lines I write smaller, and they seem to force you to think more about what you're doing. Not using so much paper is good for the world and my budget. A another thing about these are the colors. With the brand name pads, you have this purple that is so dark you can't read them, and the orange will blind you. These are all soft pastel colors, noticeable but don't scream at you. Speaking of name brands this price is way ahead of them. The glue quality is long lasting. My only picky is there is no packaging to speak of, so they are loose in your drawer and get wrinkled up. That's me though.

Compared to name brand sticky notes, these are a great value.I've never had lined sticky notes before, and I think it's a brilliant addition to an already great product. If your writing has a tendency to wander off at an angle, these will keep you straight. If you're like me, and just like things to look orderly and not haphazard, that little bit of extra structure is a nice plus. The lines are spaced like wide ruled notebook paper, so there's generous space between each line.The paper and adhesive seem to be good quality. I like the assortment of colors. There's an equal mix of neon (but not blindingly bright neon) and soft brights. The neon turquoise might be just a tad on the dark side for my taste, in terms of writing showing up well, but all of the others are light/medium and should contrast well with pens and even pencil.Great product!

I have at my office the national brand of larger 4"x6" lined sticky notes, and they only come in yellow. That color is boring, and I do not like how big they are. So, I ordered these because they the right size at 3"x3", they have a nice mix of eye-catching colors from soft pastel to vibrant neon, and of course, I like that they are lined. The quality of the paper is also very good. They are a winner is every way.The lines are not too noticeable; they visually disappear after my notes are written. Still, I like having them because they help better organize my thoughts and lists. And just like the national brand, these sticky notes can be repositioned without leaving behind any residue. Lastly, and this is very important, these sticky notes are a FANTASTIC value compared the national brand.

I wish these weren't wide ruled - that's my only complaint. I also think the paper doesn't have enough tooth for some inks to absorb (they will never, ever dry), but can live with that enough for it to not really matter to me - will just be using ballpoint, sharpie, or pencil! The sticky part is frustrating; on printer paper it seems to stick REALLY well. Inside books, it sticks a little too well. But on the outside of books / folders, it wants to peel up. It also does that annoying curl thing once pulled off the stack. Overall, good assortment of colors, decent quality, good (and sometimes not great) adhesion, but mostly all good for my needs.

I have not had sticky notes with lines before, so I decided to try these. They are great! I often use them for small lists and the lines are very nice to have. These are a good weight and the stickem is adequate, so they do not fall off where I put them. That is important in a sticky note. The colors are very nice, which makes life pleasant, and they come in a great storage box, so you are not juggling them around all over the place. Super great deal.

Wow! I knew how many sticky note pads were coming, but I didn't visualize it quite right. This was big, and heavy! Excellent value. Decent quality paper and adhesive. Much more affordable than the brand name. I like to use these in class, and to provide to my students while they are debating. I am so glad to find that there is a way to get them for this kind of price. I also like that they are lined.

Well, they don't stick to wood, glass, plastic, or anything else I tried them on. Don't turn around or you'll find your floor littered with them!

I Have other sticky notes made by the same company, ones with no lines and they were wonderful. My litmus test is can they stick on a computer monitor screen overnight. This one stayed up about five minutes before it peeled right off. It did OK on paper, The description plainly says it will stick on computer monitors and other flat surfaces. If you’re only going to use these on paper it might be the right item for you. If you want to use them as it stated in their ad, I would choose something else. Maybe the unlined version because those worked great.
