There are a lot of bad reviews on this product but when I received mine I read the directions about how to run the water through the machine and use that water that you put in to use the milk frother to get the air out of the lines and because I followed the directions I have had no problems with this machine and I have made over 300 cups in this machine with no problems and the espresso comes out very hot also the directions say to use medium ground coffee beans like you would use for a drip coffee maker and I have not tried it with fine ground coffee but I might when I have the time to watch it as it brew also this machine makes great creama on top of the espresso shot and creama is the sweet foam that comes on top of a coffee house espresso shot creama is not frothed milk today 9-21-2024 I tried to use fine ground espresso in this machine and it works great the fine grind came out thick and rich like from the coffee shop

I bought this machine as a gift for a friend. Almost a year later and she is STILL raving. She happily makes her speciality drinks each morning. Totally worth the purchase.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Has quit working in less than a month, and I don't have the time to go through the bs of returning. The pressure is definitely not enough to push the water through the grinds as I do not even grind my espresso roast beans to a medium grind l. After the machine has finished, I still have water setting all the way up when removing the filter. Also looking at the basket the is one tiny hole smaller than a pin 📌 in the center and I'm assuming that's where the espresso extrudes from the basket. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS in an espresso basket, so did the company forget to punch-down the rest of the holes? Also the espresso is DEFINITELY NOT HOT as soon as it extrudes and is Luke warm and I'm AM waiting for the machine to heat up. VERY DISAPPOINTED and actually irritated they would promote this "espresso machine" to be quality.

This is utterly useless. I followed all instructions as indicated, including clearing any air blockage before first usage. The machine is garbage. You plug it in, you press the ON/power button, and nothing happens…. You have to press the power button a dozen times (long presses, short presses, it doesn’t matter), until it randomly and arbitrarily decides to suddenly turn on.Then, you press one cup (or two cups, depending on preference), and again - nothing happens until you keep pressing again and again each after several minutes, until it randomly decides to start dispensing (and yes, this is AFTER you wait for the blinking light to become solid, indicating that the machine is ready).So in summary, it’s not reliable at all. It doesn’t work half the time, and you never know when it will decide to work.

Cuando llegó estuve a punto de devolverla…la conecte y nada de nada…los botones no me hacían caso..comprendí después de un mes que tenía de despresurizarse y por eso no te pela…de vez en cuando tengo que soltar vapor para que funcione bien…una vez hice 8 cafés a la vez y de plano al querer hacer el 9 ya no predio…a descansar y al siguiente día funcionó bien
