We live in sunny FL, where sleeping cool at night can be a challenge. I've tried a few other cooling pillows in the past, but none have done a great job at staying cool throughout the night. This pillow AMAZING - it feels (and actually stays) cool to the touch. There's two sides to it - so you can choose your optimal cooling preference. Also, I love that it comes with an extra bag of filler that you can add to adjust the height and thickness of the pillow. I opted to add it all in, and it's the perfect height to support my neck and head without feeling too bulky. The filling evens out nicely and doesn't have any large bumps or areas where the filling is more compact or spread too thin. I ordered the queen size, which fits my pillow case perfectly. The only drawback I found is because the pillow itself is patterned, it shows a bit through my white silk pillowcases. I considered doubling up on the pillow cases, but I worry that it won't have the same cooling effect if I do. It's not something anyone would really notice, but it does bother me a little. Overall though, it's a great quality pillow and lives up to it's advertised cooling nature. For the price, it's a great value and I would recommend it without hesitation.

I've seen ads for cooling pillows, and I never really believed them. But they really work. The cool side of this pillow is significantly cooler, and it's very comfortable. The other side isn't "hot," but it's also soft and comfortable.I think it's interesting that it comes with extra foam pieces that you can put in the pillow. The instructions say that it's made for people who like to sleep on their side. They recommend that for people who sleep on their back, they should remove some of the foam. And for people who sleep on their front, to remove even more of the foam. I haven't decided what to do because I agree that it feels just right — and I usually fall asleep on my side. But I often roll over to my front in the middle of the night, and then my head is at an angle a little too sleep to be comfortable. But I appreciate that this pillow can be adjusted by adding or removing foam.

I really like this shredded memory foam pillow. It feels great and seems to be well made with quality material and good stitching. It has a nice weight to it without being heavy. Although the included pillowcase doesn’t really look like a pillowcase, I could easily fit one of my nice pillowcases over it. The zippers for the case and the pillow insert are very low profile and do not look obvious. I like that there are 2 layers to contain the shredded foam, and it is easy to remove or refill it. If you plan on removing any of the foam, I recommend having some sort of resealable container to keep the extra foam in as there is not one included. I did not find the pillow to be overly cooling, but it did help a little.

This pillow comes tightly rolled into a compact package but fluffs up quickly when released. I think it's super neat that they include a bag of extra stuffing so that you can adjust the fill of the pillow to your preferences. I've never seen anyone do that before and it's really cool. I usual feel like pillows are overstuffed when I first get them then end up wishing they had more stuffing after a few weeks so now I'm able to solve that issue for myself. That is so awesome. This pillow actually doesn't feel overstuffed to me at first; it was really quite right from the get-go. I'm saving the extra fluff for later use for now. The pillow is comfortable and has no real smell, which I appreciate as someone with a sensitive nose.

I’m so happy with my decision to get this adjustable cooling gel memory foam Pillow. When this first arrived I was skeptical, it was so vacuum packed I thought it was either going to be very flat or very small. However, once opened I was really surprised at how much it fluffed up and how big it is. It does come with more foam if needed, but I feel that how it came was perfect. Also the cooling effect is pretty neat and I really feel like it is cooler than most pillows. The best thing is that you can adjust how full or flat you want it by taking or adding foam. Impressive pillow for the price.

Very comfortable pillow, nice to be able to remove filler for just the right firmness and I really like how it stays a lot cooler then my other pillows did. I have been sleeping great with the help of this new found pillow.
