I do like the phone protector. It is not bulky. Very easy to apply. Works with the Otterbox screen protector. I bought both and am using both. I wish they made other covers with different patterns or pictures.

Really otterbox!! You have been my number one brand of use for my phone cases for years and years. Now the new iPhone 16pro max case has a huge cut out. Which I know most cases do have a small cutout for the camera button on the right lower side….. but come on this is a huge cut out and makes the case feel like the phone will not be as protected. They could have done way better with this design. Had to go with a different brand this time. :(

They’ve seriously downgraded this case over previous generations. I had a commuter for my Xs Max and it was great so figured I’d go with the commuter again for my new 16 pro max. They’ve reduced the thickness of the plastic and the TPU. There is zero chance it’s going to offer the same protection which is a shame. It was nice being able to throw this thing around. The defender is too much, they need something in between or they need to stop being cheap and beef the commuter back up.

I have the same case for my 13 pro max. It is more like the newest defender with the plastic clamshell and the rubber outer layer. This case however is the opposite. The rubber is covered by very slick plastic. I picture myself dropping it constantly. On top of that the cutout is massive. The whole case Just feels cheap. Will be returning and ordering from urban armor gear. Definitely will be more expensive, but at this point I’d rather have something nice for $30 more than spending $50 on garbage. Look elsewhere.
