I have an old desktop computer which is maybe close to its end of life and so I have repurposed a Windows tablet as another computer primarily for internet browsing. I have had to get a few accessories in order for this to work quite seamlessly:a) USB to Ethernet adapter on the tablet to significantly increase download speed versus Wi-Fi.b) Ethernet Splitter.c) KVM Switch.This KVM switch works just as expected. I am connecting both the desktop and tablet by HDMI to a 28-inch 4K monitor. I am using a single Logitech keyboard/mouse USB dongle and switching between the desktop and the tablet could not be any simpler.

This KVM switch exceeded my expectations. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking it wouldn’t have any indicator for which PC was active, but it turns out there’s a blue/green light to show which one is connected—super useful.The setup was simple, and my peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse) all work flawlessly with it. Compared to other options I checked out, this seller actually includes the HDMI and USB cables you need, which is a huge plus—no extra hassle. For the price, it’s a steal, and I’m completely satisfied. I would 100% recommend this!

I needed a simply device for switching my monitor, keyboard, and mouse, between a couple of different computers, and this is quite a good device - it's reasonably compact, and swaps between two computers, as advertised.The only things that I'm not crazy about and have to take off one star for are as follows:* It'd be nice if it came with some sort of combined HDMI + USB cable, to reduce the overall size and amount of cables that are coming out of it. It's a bit messy.* It is worth noting that, when it is disconnected from one device, it does *not* maintain any sort of monitor (or USB) emulation to that device - the computer will thing that the monitor and USB devices have been completely unplugged. Overall this is not a big deal - it still works for my situation - but I've had scenarios in the past where this is problematic, so it's just worth noting.

This little switch is exactly what I needed. It is easy to use and works really well. I have two laptops that I would like to use with a single monitor and keyboard, and this KVM switch was the perfect solution. Just press a button to switch between computers. The button lights up blue for one computer, and green for the other.

This works as you'd expect any KVM to work. Plug computers into one side and your monitor and keyboard in the other. I love how the button has two colors, green and blue to indicate which PC is currently being routed. No issues, it works with all my peripherals.

This is a very simple to use KVM and at a very cheap price. It works well on my two computers. I am only running the monitor at 1080p so I can't say if it will do 4k or not. I do wish all the ports where on back or at least have the HDMI monitor out on the back. It does make it hard to place it on your desk in away that it doesn't look out of place. but if you hide it behind your monitor you don't see it but then its a pain to get to the switch. But for the price it is what it is.
