I’ve been using this webcam for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly fantastic. Setup was super easy, just plug and play, and it worked right away with Zoom and my other streaming apps. The picture quality is amazing! It’s sharp, the colors look natural, and it even handles low light really well, which has been a lifesaver for early-morning meetings or calls at night.The coolest part, though, is the AI tracking feature. This thing literally follows you around! I can move around during calls or presentations, and it smoothly keeps me in the frame without any weird delays. It’s a huge bonus if you like to stand up or show things off while you talk. Plus, it has a nice privacy mode: just give a quick gesture, and the camera tilts down to “turn off”, such a nice touch for peace of mind.The microphone also deserves a shout-out. It picks up my voice clearly and does a solid job blocking out background noise, which is awesome if you’re in a busy room or have other sounds going on nearby. Image quality seemed okay, but camera became hot and was very slow and laggy shortly after use. Especially with blurred background turned on. It had some trouble recognizing the hand gestures for zooming in and out. Once I turn it back on from privacy mode, it doesn’t go back to the original position and has trouble finding my face.

The Link 2 captures vibrant colors and sharp details. The ability to achieve a professional look with the bokeh effect adds that "extra touch". This feature is a great for both content creators and professionals!MacOS IntegrationSetting up the camera on my Mac was a breeze. For anyone using macOS version 15.0, just follow these steps to install the Virtual Camera: Open "System Settings," type "Extensions" in the search bar, and scroll down to find "Camera Extensions." Click the icon next to "Camera Extensions" to enable permissions for the Insta360 Link Controller. Restart. Done. Once that’s done, all features work seamlessly.Features:The smart features of the Link 2 are impressive. Low light performance is great (again, not DSLR level great, but this is a 200$ webcam with a smaller sensor) From automatic framing to gesture controls, everything works flawlessly. The camera adjusts effortlessly to keep you in focus, zero complaints.In conclusion, the Insta360 Link 2 is a great investment for anyone serious about video quality. I use some of Insta360's more mainstream products like the X4 and GO 3S. When I learned they made a webcam, I was naturally inclined to try it out. This was honestly a fantastic decision and it may actually be my favorite Insta360 product now. I work from home and do 10-15 video calls per week and it's already been getting some heavy use.I've tried Logitech and other webcams in the past, but I didn't see a noticeable difference in quality so I ended up just using my built in laptop camera. The Link 2 peaked my interest because it came from an actual camera maker who I trust and I must say, the quality is super impressive! It looks like I am using an expensive DSLR. TBH, I am actually shocked that other camera makers don't make webcams. I've already had several of my partners ask me what camera I was using because they noticed my video looks way better than normal.The tracking works flawlessly when I am moving around my office and presenting. I am also being told that the quality of my audio has improved significantly. My kids are always in the next room playing and screaming and Link 2 has a noise cancellation mode to block all of their sounds out. Very very cool stuff.At the moment, I have it mounted directly to my laptop using the included magnetic clip. I am likely going to order the Insta360 tripod and put it right next to my laptop to get a different angle than most people use on video calls.Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a premium look on a budget and a must-have for anyone who works from home and needs to do calls!

Quite the upgrade from a 1080 logitech, image is nice, tracking works great, etc.

Application cassée
Aucun problème avec la caméra, elle fonctionne mais son application de contrôle est buggé. J'ai essayé une multitude de manipulation et suis en contact avec leurs services afin de fixer ce problème mais toujours aucune solution après des jours et heures a se creuser la tête.Lors du lancement l'application fonctionnait, j'ai fait mes réglages et au bout de 30min, l'application disparaît, impossible de la réouvrir, lorsque la caméra et débranché l'application s'ouvre, je la branche elle se ferme.Je pense que j'ai assez bataillé pour une simple caméra, je vais la renvoyer et je me suis commandé une Logitech c922 pro.
Terrible software not fit for release
Marketing is completely inaccurate. Half the features don't work if you don't have very specific graphics card. Nightmare to install. This product is not ready for release on mac. Will be returning. So annoying.
Ne sono rimasto davvero estasiato
Ho osservato alcuni YouTuber che utilizzavano insta link 2 e ho pensato che potesse fare al caso mio. La cancellazione del rumore e la qualità audio in generale sono un grande passo avanti rispetto ad altre webcam che ho usato in passato. Vorrei averla avuta durante la pandemia, funziona perfettamente con Teams e Zoom. Straconsigliata!
