Arrived in box 5 times the size needed and without additional packaging, but that's another story. Initial packaging of just the pans was adequate, and there was no damage to either pan. Quality, finish and overall appearance was very nice. I like the stainless with diamond ceramic interior. I believe Greenpan products are in the higher end of the quality spectrum for our price point. Interesting tips on ceramic ware and that is to only use low to medium heat, a 90 second preheat and use only clarified butter, peanut or a good quality olive oil to prevent scorching and staining. I you want some to sear on a higher heat, I would lean toward a cast iron skillet.

I love these pans so far. Time will be the real judge as I have had ceramic coatings fail me before. I love the weight of these and the soft handle covering that never gets warm, They easy release of cooked remains is perfect, heat distribution is as well. Both sizes seem just right and the clean up a piece of cake. Glad to have them along for the journey.

I took a star away because The handle is not the best , it’s not ergonomic, it doesn’t fit confortable in the hand. But the rest is perfect. I don’t like the handle, but for the inner part of the pan, I would buy it again
