Nice quality laptop which comes loaded with some nice specs and a very good price point compared to others. The speed and memory are just right. Battery life is great. It does what it needs to do for what I utilize it for such as gaming, surfing the internet, watching videos, listening to music, etc. This is a nice size laptop which is comfortable to carry around. Storage is outstanding and display looks very vivid. Sound is good as well and comes through crystal clear. Would highly recommend to anybody in the market for a laptop. Do yourself a favor and make this purchase. You won't regret it. Kudos to a well-built machine!

My daughters have been asking and asking for a gaming computer. Ever since their older brother bought a super expensive one and built it how he wanted it. I couldn’t imagine paying that much. So I was looking on Bolo and came across these. The reviews were pretty good so I decided to at least try it. I bought one for each of my daughters. It does everything they need and want it to. They were very easy to set up. And easy for my 10/11 year old daughters to use. I personally really like the ease of the parental controls. My son who has his own PC said this is really good for them. Super good deal for a gaming computer. I would definitely suggest for other parents if they asked.

So I bought this and when it arrived I turned it on and started the setups and plugged it in. When I was prompted that setup could only be completed while charging (plugged in), baffled as it IS plugged in so I looked amd it was not charging at all. Tried every outlet in my house,nothing worked. I tried reaching out to the seller to see about getting a charger and it couldn't be done because Bolo SHIPPED IT. What?! I went to 3 stores, best buy, lowes, Walmart, no one had this obscure charger which I think is a 3mm not sure. Bolo couldn't do anything but offer me a credit BUT COULDNT GIVE ME A CHARGER, an almost $300 laptop arrived with a NON FUNCTIONAL CHARGER AND Bolo COULD NOT GIVE ME A CHARGER,the seller COULD NOT BE REACHED. I'm not even sure how that is possible or legal, selling an item that had a problem and not fixing it after getting my money is insane. Everyone please read before you buy as you might run into the same issue amd abysmal customer service.

Our daughter is using this laptop for her college courses as she begins her nursing degree. This was an excellent option for her as she needs it for note taking, homework, and research.Graphics are beautifully displayed and there is plenty of storage space.It operates with ease and we had no issues with setup.Charges quickly and battery lasts several days. Arrived in excellent condition.

I have used this laptop now for a few months. I would recommend this laptop if you're looking for an inexpensive but fast laptop with windows 11. My only caution is the battery life is only good for a couple of hours....but again for the money it's a good buy. I was concerned that the celeron processor might be slow, but for general use with word, EXCEL emails, surfing the internet it is a fast laptop. I do not use it for games so no idea how it would be.

The laptop is perfect and matches the listing exactly from a performance and perceived quality standpoint. You’ll have a hard time finding a reliable, quality laptop for the price . Speed is great and battery life lasts all day.
Very slow
The computer is as described but I can't help but notice that it is very very slow. With 8GB Ram and 256SSD, it should be fairly fast for basic every day tasks. But that is certainly not the case. Also, the WiFi option dissappear and I had to reset the computer to the initial settings, which has disrupted my work flow. I would not recommend it (coming from someone with experience on many computers) Stick with known brands such as hp, acer, dell and Macs. Cheap is expensive, eventually.
