Firstly, this is amazing at getting wrinkles out of the toughest fabrics on normal steam setting. It’s not made for heavy-duty ironing, but it’s just right for touching up your outfits before you go out the door. I have a denim jacket, freshly washed and folded, even cooled off so the crease was set where it was folded. This steamer, set to normal steam, took it out in a cinch. It also got a stubborn wrinkle out of the breast pocket with the pressing feature. I’m impressed with the outcome. I can see the extra reservoir coming in handy as well because the water will last for approximately one dress (I used about 2/3 of the water to steam my jacket on the normal steam setting. I can imagine how long the water would last on turbo).I took off a star because I really could do without the carrying case and the fabric shaver (they could’ve been added for free). I would have liked the carrying case to be heat-safe because it takes a while for this thing to cool down. It would also be nice if different fabric settings were available as well. It is a bit heavy, but like I said, it’s made for quick touch ups so you shouldn’t be holding this thing for more than 15 minutes at a time tops.In summary, it’s a really nice, well-made, handy device that should go on your next trip because we all know it’s a crapshoot when it comes to hotel irons and ironing boards and we don’t have time to wait for hotel laundry services to bring us our clothes on time all of the time.

This portable steamer/iron is really well made and I like that it’s so versatile. It’s perfect for travel and comes with a large travel case and an ample cord. The fabric shaver is a nice added accessory, but you do need AA batteries for this. The steamer has a small water compartment in the handle that provides a good amount of steam. You can also use this as an iron as well. You can split the plates and iron both side of the fabric at once or you can lock the plates and use the face as an iron. This worked really well when I was hemming a pair of pants and will be perfect for quick ironing/steaming on the go. Overall, this is a great tool to have and is well made, excellent value for the price.

This little tool is AMAZING!! However, it needs two minor, but significant, improvements. First, it needs a little mini measuring cup with pour spout. It's so messy trying to fill that tiny water tank, especially if you are pouring from a gallon of distilled water like they recommend. Second, it really should come with a protective mitten for your non-dominant hand, aka the hand that is pulling the fabric as you steam. I would trade the fabric shaver for those two VIP items. TBH, I don't really fabric shave "on the go" so that item is a bonus but not necessary. Love the carrying case, and *LOVE* that it includes an extra water tank. The second water tank is so necessary. I had to swap the tank 3 times to steam one of my long maxi dresses. That said, this thing is wonderful and so easy to use. I especially love it for baby clothes (like collars and ruffles after washing) as they are so tiny. It heats up so fast and you can use it at any angle. This is honestly a 5-star product but it really needs the pour cup and mitten.

The media could not be loaded. This Conair Steam Stylist works well and seems to be well made. The double sided steam feature can only be used around the edges. It's great for collars, sleeves, cuffs and pleats. It can't reach the middle of the garments, but the closed steam feature worked very well on the middle of the garment.It is a bit on the heavy side. With water in it, it weighs 1 pound 12 ounces. I found it easy to use, but my elderly mother-in-law tried it, and it was too much for her to use for more than a couple of minutes. Other than the weight, it is easy to handle. I think it would not be possible to make a product that functions this well that weighs less.Overall, I'd say this is a great value and great item, as long as you have average or above average arm strength.
