I have gone through many, many travel coffee mugs that have been listed as top picks on various authoritative blogs and websites. None of which listed my Owala. Here's what makes it perfect (and one suggestion):1. The sipping mechanism is flawless. No drips, smooth flow, and very easy to clean.2. It is genuinely a one-hand operation. Yes, the slider can be stiff...but that is a matter of strength and not poor design. Leakproof does require tightness.3. It fits into cupholders in my car with no jiggle. The slanted sides allow for a snug fit in various cup holder sizes.4. It keeps my morning coffee hot all morning.Now for the suggestion...some type of handle would be nice but with all the other positives its a small thing that a third party can help with.

This amazing cup absolutely does not leak and keeps my drink hot for hours. Love the cocoa color! Owala is the best and I love the 12 oz size, it’s perfect for my second cup I take on the go.

This cup is perfect for a small coffee and it is perfect for being on the go. I am often throwing this in my purse and it has never leaked. Such a great versatile cup and keep your drink at the right temperature for hours.

I love this mug! I waited for it to be on sale and when the price dipped I snapped one up. 12oz is just enough to get my coffee fix without over doing it. This Owala Mug is easy to clean AND put back together which I appreciate it. It truly is leakproof and I have had to test that feature a couple times during my morning school drop offs. As long as you close the opening, the code will stay warm for hours. My one annoyance is that the texture of the exterior makes many of my cheaper stickers and navel to properly stick. I do notice more high end/quality vinyl stickers do just fine. Overall, this mug is the perfect size for my needs and worth checking out!

It's easy to open, a good size for travel/home, and feels nice to drink from without getting too much liquid at once.The insulated walls keep drinks cold all day but it doesn't seem to keep my drinks hot for more than a couple hours even if it's closed most of the time.

I love this cup so much. I was using a really cheap one before and buying this and it was so worth the money to get a new one! For me, it really was almost entirely leak-proof and I’ve been showing it to everyone so I know lol. Haven’t actually knocked or spilled it yet. It keeps it warm for a long time too! I think people who complain about it not being long enough sip their coffee all day but I usually drink it within 2-3 hours, sometimes 1, so it worked perfect for me! Still keeps the coffee warm/hot for a long time. Also the perfect size for me. I make about 8oz coffee with 5oz steamed milk. The thing you push to make it air tight was a little hard to push at first but it got easier as time went on. Also, you’re supposed to push it down and then back so some people might have had trouble pushing it because of that. Honestly not bad at all though. So so cute too!

I bought the 12ounce and let me tell you! This is by far the best travel mug I’ve EVER bought. I have a corkcicle and it absolutely sucks compared to this mug. Super leak proof (and I shove it into my tote bag and duffle bag). Super durable. Great material and the sip ? Super smooth. No slurping because it allows air to flow out and in while drinking. Such a great mug. Worth every dam penny. Highly recommend. Ps: hot stuff stay super hot for a long time

I love this tumbler, it really doesn't leak. BUT.... I give it a 3 stars because unfortunately Owala makes it VERY difficult to use if you lose a part. I lost the gasket. I can't buy it from them, they offer NO replacements parts, don't recommend using a third party part and their suggestions is to buy a new one. They will offer free shipping but I have to pay another $25 and have two mugs. Really? That's a solution?People loose gaskets all the time. Why wouldn't they offer to sell them?

AAbsolutely LOVE this cup. I’m a soccer mom and in Canada during winter our kids play in domes and we’re not allowed to bring anything inside other than travel mugs. My Stanley coffee mug is too big, my yeti mug is too small and this 12oz one is just right. Keeps my coffee so hot that when I get there, I can’t even have a sip because so hot till i open it to cool down. I also turned the cup upside down with full hot coffee and when locked not one drop so definitely spill proof. Fits my car cup holder easily. Love the colour I chose and just ordered another one in pink for my daughter for her morning smoothie. Strongly recommend.
Something is wrong
This bottle came like that and it’s my first time using it today. I can’t drink from it at all, was wondering if it’s suppose to have some kind of cap to help me lock/ unlock bottle?
