In general, the keyboard has a great feel (as well as the knob) , the latency is relatively low over all connectivity options, and it sounds AMAZING, specially considering that it is a 75 USD (in reality ~65 something since apparently there is always some sort of coupon), 98% percent keyboardMaybe the color schemes listed in the page could use with a little more variety, but since you can get a 98% set for like 20 bucks its more of a nitpick if I'm being honest.The RGB is Really customizable, as well as the macro functions and the TFT screen. It should be noted that for all of this options, you should visit the AJAZZ official page for the specific configuration software, since its not compatible with VIA as I'm writing this review, as for personal opinion, the "ripples" effect with a solid color is a great aesthetic and it shouldn't use more battery than necessary when using wireless modes, as for the TFT screen, it's utility is mostly displaying the current time and showing a gif for aesthetics; for the latter option, you NEED to resize it to a resolution of 240x135 and split the gif into its original frames, in reality, is really no issue, since pages like ezgif do almost all the work for you.In short, buy this keyboard if (like me) you are just getting into the world of mechanical keyboards, and aren't willing yet to sacrifice the numpad, or if you just want a really good keyboard for great value.

Also to make Gif’s is a little process too for the LED panel.Overall I bought this to customize and dress up my desk area at the Office. Plan on swapping out the switches to silent ones before bringing it in so I don’t annoy anyone at the office sitting near me. If you’re going to buy this for gaming upgrade the switches at least since they are hot swappable then I think you should be just fine. Plus I can’t lie it’s solid build especially for only $60(Got it on sale) it’s really the software and stock switches(this my personal preference on typing) that make it not sooooo great. If your not into gaming and just wanna experience the fun of mechanical keyboards on a budget without having to build one and still be able to fully customize right away or later on then I would get this.

The magic keyboard for my mac finally kicked the bucket, so it was time to order a new keyboard. The AJAZZ ak980 looked interesting as a replacement, so I ordered it. The keyboard arrived nicely packaged and includes a keyboard dust cover (a nice touch). There is a switch on the back to choose either PC or Mac, plus a switch to choose what type of connection you wish (USB/BT/2.4G). I switched it to BT and turned it on. Immediately the entire keyboard erupted in a rainbow of colors. They don't state in the listing but there are leds underneath each key, and the lights can do various patterns. The lights can be controlled via a menu on the built in screen - you can choose between various modes or simply turn them off if you don't like the "Vegas" aesthetic. Pairing with the computer was easy and my older Mac recognized the keyboard instantly. The keyboard is very responsive and there is no noticable lag when typing. Likewise, pressing a key quickly wakes my computer - much faster than my old Apple keyboard did. The typing experience is exquisite, especially if you are used to the chiclet type keys so common today. I have never heard of the Gift V2 switches, but they provide a very tactile experience and a pleasing dampened click. The spacebar is a bit noisier, but I like the thwack it makes as well. The keyboard does not feel cramped, and it has a nice heft to it so it will not slide around easily on your desktop. I did have to download an app to adjust the time on the keyboard, which is a bit strange because it has built in menus for adjusting everything else. Battery life seems good - I have been using it for three days now (8 hours a day) with the LED's on, and it is only down one bar. A key removal tool is also included, and is handy for cleaning underneath, or to change switches. According to AJAZZ, the AK980 supports a full-key hot-swap function, making it compatible with both three-pin and five-pin switches. This means users can easily change switches without soldering, allowing for personalized tactile feedback and sound profiles. Pretty nifty, but I like it just as it came and don't plan to change a thing. I feel that this keyboard is a big step up from the official Apple Magic Keyboard, and it costs half the price. I feel that this is a great bargain at this price, and that easily makes it a 5 star recommendation.

Great gaming keyboard with some pizzazz
I’m pretty happy with this gaming keyboard, and I had no issues with it pairing. Hardwired also worked well on a Windows computer.The keyboard lights up as soon as you plug it in or switch it to a wireless connection, and I really do like the way that looks. What I didn’t realize is that there were actually LEDs underneath each key; FN+Key combinations allow you the option for various lighting modes and patterns, brightness, speed, direction, or to simply turn them off altogether.I appreciate that it can be connected to a variety of devices and operating systems, and supports your main connection options USB/BT/2.4G (the 2.4GHz USB dongle is housed discretely at the bottom near the keyboards foldout legs for easy storage when not in use).I find the keyboard itself to be quite responsive, and I haven’t noticed any lagging at all. And it feels very nice to work on. It’s not cramped or the keys shoved together awkwardly in anyway.I like how it is weightier than most keyboards, allowing to stay put on my lap or a pillow in different scenarios. The battery life seems really good so far and the volume dial/push to mute is a super handy feature. I really don’t have any complaints; it creates a nice gaming atmosphere.

初めて自分用のキーボードを購入しました。いつもはお下がりを貰っていてキータッチ嫌いでも耐えてきましたｗテンキー付きの紫色のキーボードを探していてこちらにたどり着きました♪最初はあれ？紫色を選択したらピンク色？ってなっていたけど、ソフトをインストールしたらちゃんと紫色に設定できました♪一緒にAjazzさんの紫色のマットを購入してキーキャップをEpomakerさんの紫と白の猫のに変更して気分爆上がりのわくわくです♪キータッチもすごく良くてとっても満足です♪
Best keyboard I've seen!

MechLands AJAZZ AK980 98% Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, BT5.0/USB-C/2.4GHz, Hot Swappable Keys, with 1.14’’ TFT Screen, Knob, & RGB - for Win/Mac (White, Maillard Switch)It's been a long time since I could get excited over a keyboard, but this is an exceptional keyboard.This looks really nice and is well built with no flex. The keys have good travel and provide positive feedback. The keys are also replaceable (switches and keycaps) and it comes with a key puller tool. It also comes with a USB receiver (under keyboard stand), USB cable, and manual. The keys are fairly quiet and it is very nice to type on. .As for connectivity, it connects via USB-C cable, remote 2.4GHz dongle, and can connect to 3 different Bluetooth devices. It can also be set for use with Windows or Mac (this mainly changes modifier keys and media keys).The screen shows various things including keyboard status time, settings, etc. Once the software is installed on your PC you can customize the keyboard (via USB connection). This is also how the time is set.There are many different colour combinations and patterns to choose from and you can even create your own colour maps for any keys you want. Including no lighting & no screen.Also, there are many FuctioN key combos that will let you set up most of the keyboard without using the software. Most of the settings are remembered when switching the keyboard off.Being a 98% keyboard there are a few missing keys (scroll lock, pause, print screen) but I was able to permanently remap these to other keys (as function keys).This also has a really big built-in rechargeable battery that lasts a long time. When using Bluetooth the keyboard lighting will time out, but it will stay connected until the PC goes to sleep (keep this in mind if you've disabled sleep on your PC).The only inconvenience is that none of the functions are marked on the keys and there are too many to remember.5 stars! Excellent keyboard!
Great Keyboard
The keyboard's design is not only visually appealing in its white color with RGB lighting, but also incredibly functional. It offers multiple connectivity options including BT5.0, USB-C, and 2.4GHz wireless, making it versatile for her use with both her Windows PC and Mac.The hot-swappable creamy custom keys are a fantastic feature, allowing her to easily change switches if needed. She finds typing on it much easier and more comfortable compared to her old keyboard. The sound of the key strikes is pleasant and satisfying, adding to the overall enjoyable typing experience. The 1.14’’ TFT screen and the knob are handy additions, providing extra functionality that she loves exploring.
